St John Basilica is just before the hotel and the mosque is literally in front. Another short walk you will arrive at the Dolmus stop. Plenty of groceries stores and restaurants nearby making everything easier. Our room were upgrade to a bigger room without extra charge and that was an extra BIG PLUS. Turkish Breakfast everyday with very good coffee."

"Very nice hotel, authentic, clean. It is located in a quiet part of the town. There are ancient ruins within a couple of minutes' walk. Across the street (5 minutes walk) — noise, cafes and shops. The hosts were very hospitable. The breakfasts are plentiful and hearty. There are a couple of parking spaces near the hotel. The room is large and cozy, there are two large and comfortable beds, the air conditioners worked perfectly and saved us in the heat of 42 degrees Celsius. The bathroom is clean, there were no problems with hot water. Wi-Fi is very slow."

"First of all, Selçuk is a really small place, so it's not far to get to the hotel from anywhere. It took me about 15 minutes to walk from the bus station, but be careful! Take the main road; the navigation will recommend the country lanes, which can be scary at night without lights. Secondly, I arrived close to 9 pm, and the owner was very kind, waiting for me at the door. The breakfast the next day was great for Chinese travelers because it included scrambled eggs with tomatoes—very delicious! Finally, I went to Ephesus and checked out early. The owner also offered to store my luggage for free. In short, the owner and his wife are very nice people. Also, the key was quite interesting!"

Aqua Fantasy Aquapark Hotel & Spa - Ultra All Inclusive
"This was our first family trip with our 16-month-old baby and also our first holiday after 3 years. Our last trip was to Jungle Aqua Hurghada, so we were really looking forward to this one. We stayed at Aqua Park and booked through Trip.com for 2 adults and 1 infant. However, on arrival the reception staff embarrassed us by saying, in front of other guests, that we had only booked for 2 adults and not for 3 people. I showed them my booking confirmation clearly stating 2 adults and 1 child. After speaking to someone else, the receptionist simply said “okay fine” with no apology or explanation for the misunderstanding. We were then given a room at the very end of the corridor, far from the lift, despite them clearly seeing we had a baby with us. Another issue was the confusion around the “Ultra All Inclusive” package. We were told snacks and drinks were not included and that we would have to pay extra. We were also told we could not eat anywhere except the main restaurant, which only had around 4 dishes available on the first day. Whenever we asked questions at reception, the staff were not helpful and just kept saying “no, no, no” without properly explaining anything. After I contacted Trip.com and complained, things improved slightly, possibly after they spoke with the hotel. But I was still charged almost £90 extra for my 16-month-old baby’s stay, which made no sense to me. By the third day, the food situation became better, but then the bathroom started leaking. We called reception and they temporarily fixed the flush, but it leaked again afterwards. Since we only had 2 days left of our 6-day trip, we didn’t bother reporting it again. Overall, this holiday was mentally exhausting rather than relaxing. We came back feeling stressed instead of refreshed. Unfortunately, due to the poor communication, lack of customer service, and overall chaos during our stay, I would not book this hotel again Location and views of this hotel is extremely recommended but services letting it down. Hope things get better for others."

"The hotel definitely doesn't deserve five stars. At the beginning, the service is not very nice, which means more that it is not smiling at all. The rooms are generally suitable for refreshment. In the bathroom we had a muld on the wall. Dust on towel hangers. Every day should be completed fridge with drinks we where a week there we had it replenished twice and we got two water and two bottles of Coca-Cola for three people in the room. l internet was BRUTAL , very slow. The water in the outdoor pools is ice-cold, so my kids didn't even use a few water slides. The indoor pool is also not very well maintained, in addition, my son hurt his leg in the indoor pool because the tiles in the pool on the floor are unevenly located. So they put a plaster and for an additional one you had to pay €10. It looks different in reality than in the pictures. The buffet that was offered from 2:30 p.m. definitely doesn't deserve five stars.ise creams served only for ONE hour every day... All the unappetizing flies were flying around. The drinks are not very interesting either. I go to five star hotels and other hotels there is a much better service food and everything. During meals very often lacked cutlery on the table, in addition, when we wanted to sit outside chairs were dirty from bird poop. I could list a lot more generally I do not recommend the hotel I would give it a maximum of 3.5 stars. I won't go back there again"
