"I stayed in Seattle for two nights. The hotel is a 5-minute drive from the airport. For airport drop-off, you need to register at the front desk in advance. When dropping you off, the driver will ask for your airline information and then park closest to the elevator entrance corresponding to everyone's airlines. For airport pick-up, once you're at the designated pick-up area (where all hotel shuttle buses stop), you need to call the front desk, and they will send a vehicle to pick you up. If you see a black Mercedes commercial minivan with the hotel's name while waiting, you can flag it down. I had specifically requested a room away from the elevator, but despite there being at least 20-30 rooms per floor, they gave me a room directly facing the elevator. There was also a large gap under the bedroom door, allowing noise from people walking by, luggage carts, and the elevator to disturb me all night. My room was incredibly dirty. The bed, bathroom, and table were all unclean, and the entire room was incredibly dark. There's nothing around the hotel except for a gas station next door, which has a small convenience store, but the items aren't cheap. I paid 7xx+ for one night when I booked it. For the same price, there are plenty of other hotels in the area that also offer free airport shuttle services."

"The hotel offers resort-style accommodations with a charming courtyard. The rooms are spacious and quiet, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. There's a shuttle bus to the airport every half hour, a journey of approximately 10-15 minutes. If you want to stay near the airport, this is a good option."

"Location is not near station nor any places of interest as been commended. Breakfast just musli bar, orange and hot beverage. Again not as it’s stated breakfast included. Most disappointing - no housekeeping done to our room when I returned to it on the second day. When I asked the staff at the conceige, he said he wouldn’t know as he’s only a stand-in🫢 Had to accept the untidy room and only given few fresh towels to bring back for use. Quite appalling! My wife and I only hope that the rest of the 5 nights will get better 🙏🏼 Would I recommend to anyone this hotel?"

"Continental breakfast was good - it was exactly as what you would expect. Some front desk members were amazing and very friendly and others acted like they just wanted you to leave. Door Dash can deliver to the room which is a bonus. Facility is a little run-down in places, but overall, very clean. Parking was easy to access. One of their elevators was down the 3 nights I was there, so getting to the room and to the lobby could take more time that usual. Overall, a good hotel."

"The hotel location is good. The hotel room is clean. That's all. There is no microwave in the room. There is no water service. There is no water boiler. The staff usually don't even say hello when they see each other. They are doing construction in the lobby, so I had to check in on the 2nd floor, which was crazy. There are no drinking water or makeup sinks that are usually installed in the lobby. The elevator is only operated once per person, probably because of construction, so it's challenging to take a suitcase on it during check-in and check-out times."

"The hotel isn't far from the airport and was super easy to find. They have a shuttle bus that runs every 20 minutes, but you need to call the hotel first for pick-up. We were too lazy to wait and just walked there in less than 15 minutes. For our connecting flight the next day, the shuttle bus was really convenient."

"Located right next to the port, it's conveniently located. Check-in was delayed by about 10 minutes due to the inability to find the booking information. The staff were friendly. There was a concert in Seattle on the day of my check-in, so the hotel was crowded and a bit chaotic. The room was large and bright, but there were no windows that could be opened, so it might feel stuffy on a longer stay. I booked a partial ocean view room with a side view of the sea. The room was fully equipped, and my luggage was delivered directly to the room – very convenient!"
