"Det er et godt boligmiljø. Selv om byen er lidt væk fra centrum, er den meget tæt på den hurtige vej. Det er behageligt, når jeg kommer tilbage. Vi har fundet vejen mere end før."

"A beautiful sanctuary after a long drive. Everything you need here an indoor pool, spa in your room and a spacious charming room. The gardens are lovely and you have you own private garden. The owners have a ripper dog who might come for a visit which is a bonus."

"Stayed at the Valley View for the June long weekend. Couldnt have been happier. Room was clean and importantly cosy, electric blanket, air con, quilt and blanket on comfy bed, great hot shower with large modern showerhead. Local hotels deliver meals to motel also when you really don’t feel like going out in the cold again. Outdoor area with bbq with lots of warm sunshine in the afternoon and a place to meet other travellers. A pool for the hot summers. All against backdrop of stunning mountains. Best of all were the amazing owners, very friendly and happy to help with anything and a bottle of wine on arrival or juice or chocolate if that’s your thing. Situated centrally between Scone and Tamworth, plus Murrurundi is a beautiful little town itself, with lots of history, friendly people, museums, great cafes and pubs. Looking forward to going back 👍"

"Stor centralt beliggende sted at bo et par nætter i Scone.Det eneste negative var, at bruseren var i badeværelset, men ud over at dette er et godt sted at bo.Komfortabel, rolig og har alle de moderne koner, du har brug for."

"Vi havde en nat ophold i dette historiske hus på en nylig vejtur.Værelset vi havde var meget behageligt på første sal. Det er et smukt gammelt hus, og meget centralt for butikker, caféer og "The Cottage", en meget dejlig restaurant et par hundrede meter væk fra gaden.Vil helt sikkert blive igen næste gang vi går igennem."

"We stayed at the motel in late November for 3 nights The room was the largest we had stayed in for a long time. It was clean, tidy and seemed to be well appointed. Actually it was a lot better than others we have stayed in. The bed was very comfortable. there was plenty of cutlery and stuff. The fridge worked. The bathroom was a little dated but the shower was hot, had good pressure and kept the temperature constant. All in all a good room. But.... The bed was supposed to be made up each day provided nothing personal was left on the bed. It did not happen! The only service the room got was to empty one of the waste paper baskets and put milk in the fridge The TV remote was broken and when I spoke to the assistant he showed me how to operate it by pushing on some tape on one end. This worked for 5 minutes then this failed. I got around this by operating the TV from the back of the TV set. He told me that he had a new one ordered although this did not help us. The microwave could not be operated as there was problems with programming the cook time. I am reasonably proficient with this type of stuff but I had no luck. I did not contact the assistant due to reasons below. I asked the assistant about places to see. This resulted in him pointing me to the documentation in the room. I felt that he was too busy on his phone to bother with me. He seemed abrupt. These things took the edge of our stay and spoiled what could be fantastic motel if only better attention was paid by the staff and keeping the equipment operational in the room."
