"Savetrice Min erfaring er desværre meget skuffende. Det eneste positive aspekt var madrassen, som jeg fandt behageligt, morgenmad og god middag. For resten, jeg fandt flere problemer. Generel rengøring efterlod meget at ønske, og badeværelset havde en alvorlig ulempe: toilettets udledning ikke fungerede. Ejeren intervenerede for at forsøge at reparere, men mislykkedes, hvilket efterlod problemet uløst. For at kunne udlede vandet var vi nødt til at åbne kassens dæk og manuelt at aktivere udledningsmekanismen, bidet- og kalk-fyldt brusebad. Desuden kunne vi ikke nyde poolen, da sovepladserne var smuttede og ikke i egnet stand til brug, da vandet ikke var godt. En anden grund til utilfredshed vedrørte betaling. efter at have foretaget det via POS jeg glemte at anmode om modtagelsen . Jeg kontaktede derfor ejeren via WhatsApp for at bede om et billede af modtagelsen (som hvis anmodning skal udgives ) af POS at sende mig. Beskeden blev vist, men jeg har ikke modtaget nogen svar for den ønskede dokumentation. Jeg kan ikke anbefale denne struktur."

Verdura Resort, a Rocco Forte Hotel

"What a stunning resort. Idyllic location set by the coast nestled amongs two beautiful golf courses. The whole resort is both calm and welcoming to all of the family. Our rooms were well located and suitably sized for what we needed and always kept clean and tidy. The food and drink on offer was exemplary as well. But what really makes this resort special is the wonderful staff - from the welcome desk and concierge, to the pool and beach lifeguards and various attendants we were always comfortable. A special shout out to the F&B staff though - we were always wonderfully looked after at meal times and when we went to the bars - our favourite server was Federica and we always had a wonderful drink at the Scirocco bar. We can’t wait to return!"

Aparthotel Isabella

"I was really disappointed, I was expecting a hotel with the option to add breakfast but really it was just an apartment with the bare minimum. We weren't offered the option of breakfast and the restaurant was always closed. When we got to the room, the quality was poor. The kitchen was basically falling apart and we barely had enough utensils to cook with (no kitchen knife for preparing). There was no microwave or oven, just a hob. We were given half a bottle of washing up liquid and one bin liner for each bin so we had to go out shopping to buy more essentials for the room. The balcony was always covered in dried bird poo, I was constantly sweeping to clear it and didn't risk hanging any washing outside in case it got covered. When we arrived there was a dead bird on the balcony (it looked like it had been there for a while) surrounded by lots of bird poo which I had to get rid off myself. WiFi was very poor, didn't work for the first days and when you could get it working, you would lose connection quickly. It was very quiet while we were there, many people were using it as an apartment and went out during the day so we did have the pool to ourselves. The bar at the pool was closed the lifeguard manly chilled behind the bar. He would close the pool around 1ish (by using a rope to block the entrance) but said we could keep using the pool with no lifeguard. The reception was basically closed. When we arrived we had to let them know we were on our way so they could be there but as soon as we checked in they left. Checkout was 10 am so we were ready at reception to check out and no one came even though the Reception was supposed to be open. We received a message telling us to leave the key in the room. One positive about the hotel is the views, it has some beautiful views of Sciacca and is in a very peaceful location. Only a 5/10 min drive from central Sciacca."
