"The view is amazing. Hotel is ok. NO high speed internet, it took ages to load google maps. 2 small pool kan hardly qualify as SPA, but ok, kids had fun. Food was NOT ok. Mashed potatoes made of powder, vegetarian option was not edible. Service is very confused, they asked us 9 times what our room number was during dinner, could get the order right 3 times and the food took ages. Checking in and out takes a lot of time, we had to wait in a line of 3 guests about half an hour. Spet 575 euros for one night in a hotel, definitely NOT worth the money. Really disappointed. I wish we booked elsewhere."

"The only good thing was the large room, with a nice spacious bathroom and a wide mountain view terrace. For the rest we were quite disappointed even if I'm sorry because the staff is kind and available. The uncomfortable, hard bed, the low and very hard couchs. The cleaning leaves a little to desire...the disappointing breakfast. 1 packed cake cut by I don't know how much, frozen brioches, marmelade are those packed in small boxes... nor a cornet to warm the bread (including frozen that) no biscuits cooked, cookies, pressed, Apple juice...to be in Trentino was really a disappointment, especially for what it costs. I really regret...I don't recommend if you want a holiday with the taste and heat and Trentino."
