"I stayed in sweet room for one night. Water pressure in bathroom was very low. Also Tlthe morning breakfast was horrible. I just asked for hot food and after 20 mins they provided the same cold food from kitchen. How can someone want to save few pennies for the sake of their values. When i regreted to have, staffs didnt bother and took the plate. Never recommened for any tourists."

"The hotel is located in a high-rise building with panoramic views. From the outdoor balcony, you can overlook the fields and sky. ☁️The location is excellent; it's a 10-minute walk to the town. ☀️ The owner was very welcoming and patient, explaining his jungle adventure itinerary to me in detail, even though my English is only so-so, haha. By the way, the owner's Chinese is really excellent👍; you can tell he did his homework before , I also corrected his pronunciation of "friend" in Chinese(Peng You)😌 I spent three days and two nights there. On the first afternoon, the owner took me to town on his motorcycle, where I took a horse-drawn carriage and watched a beautiful sunset over the river and a Tharu tribal performance. The lunch on the second day was also great, a fusion of Chinese and Western cuisine, and tea was provided. On the third morning, he gave me a free ride to the station, even though I hadn't booked my train tickets through him. 🤠 The entire trip was packed with activities. from an early morning canoe trip to a forest hike, followed by a four-hour jungle jeep ride, we were lucky enough to see the iconic Nepalesewild buffalo,🇳🇵: Garu, as well as many adorable rhinoceros tanks, 🦏elephants,monkeys, crocodiles, and birds. I met a Portuguese couple and an Italian lady during the trip who were very kind and helpful to me during my jungle adventure (ps: I was the luckiest member of the group of four, getting bitten by a leech😅). At the end of two afternoon , I was invited to have dinner together，I was truly delighted to meet international friends during this short trip, and we invited each other to visit each other's countries in the future, which is one of the reasons I love traveling abroad. 😊 Finally, thank you to everyone who read this comment patiently. 🌹I wish the owner great success in his business, and I wish everyone who travels to Chitwan a worthwhile and fulfilling trip.🫢"

"We enjoyed our stay at this great place! The bungalow-style rooms, located around a quiet and very beautiful garden, are clean and nicely decorated. Each room has its own terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or relax in the evening with your travel companions. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the river. The staff and the family who run the place are very friendly and helpful. They organize nice excursions, both in the national park and in the surrounding area. It’s a great place to unwind."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Pros: The staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the AC and the fan was wonderful as it got very hot. The pool is beautiful and is cleaned everyday. Lots of places to sit and enjoy a coffee. The location is great as well. Cons: They support and can book you elephant safari rides and non ethical elephant activities. This is a dying trade as it is very cruel to ride elephants as a tourist. The elephants are chained up when they are not being ridden and they are not treated right or fairly. Please do not support elephant riding. We were disappointed to see that this beautiful hotel does so."

Food was OK, but it would have been good to have a menu with a choice of dishes instead of being presented with a set meal. "This hotel exudes luxury and offers a wealth of amenities. The staff were very welcoming; we were immediately given a towel to freshen up, which was lovely! The reception area is beautiful, including its own Safari desk, which is great! There's an elevator and two wide staircases, which is unique. You can visit the gym, relax in the spa, and there's a jacuzzi outside—wonderful! There are also cozy outdoor seating areas where you can enjoy drinks and food, open 24/7. A new hotel located just outside the center of Sauraha, in a quiet area, which I really like! A very luxurious and beautiful hotel!"

"The boss’s daughter-in-law is from Hong Kong, China. Haha, the hotel’s travel packages are quite conscientious and they kept introducing us. But their tour guide was a bit annoying and kept asking for tips to the driver."
