Housekeeping was infrequent, with only one bed-making service provided during our five-day stay. The advertised laundry service was unavailable, causing significant inconvenience. Furthermore, the sofa was damaged, the beds were excessively firm, and the pillows were inadequate. In summary, I cannot recommend this establishment."

"The room was spacious, but some of the electrical outlets were faulty, and the switches had issues! I told the staff, but they didn't do anything to fix it. It's not close to the main entrance of Huis Ten Bosch; you have to walk a bit. However, there is a small path from the hotel that leads there. The fridge wasn't cold enough, so my ice cream melted. Overall, it was still okay. The big bonus was that staying at this hotel meant you could buy one day's Huis Ten Bosch ticket and get the second day free! I didn't know about this offer beforehand, so it was a pleasant surprise and definitely a huge plus! It's great value for money, and I would stay here again if I visit Huis Ten Bosch in the future."
