"We had a very pleasant stay here. We booked a room, and the room was very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The indoor swimming pool was definitely one of the highlights of our stay — it was beautiful and relaxing. The only small thing to note is that the hotel is located on a hill, so walking up can be a little tiring, especially with luggage. This is very common in Santorini. However, the overall experience was still excellent. I also want to especially thank the hotel staff. After we checked out, I accidentally left my Apple Pencil in the room. The hotel contacted me very quickly and kindly helped keep it safe for me. Their service was very thoughtful and reliable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to other travelers."

"Absolutely fantastic hotel!! The butler will help you with your luggage, as the roads in Santorini are really difficult to navigate. The decor is absolutely Mediterranean, I loved it!! The rooms are also very spacious, with not only a living room but also a tea room/kitchen-like area. The breakfast was delicious too. The location is great, within a 10-minute walk of bus stops to other towns and the central pedestrian street. Highly recommended!"

"I took a bus nearby and walked to the hotel. I went there using Google MAP, but it was difficult to find the place. I walked for about 7 minutes with a large carry-on bag, but it was very difficult as the roads were bad and there were many stairs. The room was smaller than I expected, and the toilet and shower were open. I booked the jacuzzi looking forward to it, but I couldn't see the view from the jacuzzi. Even though it was cold, the hot water was lukewarm and I couldn't get it in slowly. The friend I went with didn't get in. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices to choose from. On the way back, the staff carried my carrier to the bus stop, which was very helpful. I think the staff were friendly and very nice."

"We booked a superior double sea view room that was clearly stated to include both a bathtub and a balcony. However, upon check-in, we found that the room did not match what we had booked at all. When we raised this with reception, they informed us that balcony rooms are only available for four people. This restriction was never stated anywhere during booking, nor was it communicated when we confirmed our reservation via email, which felt quite misleading. To be fair, the staff did offer us an alternative room. However, we specifically chose and paid for this room because of the bathtub and balcony, so switching to a different type of room did not resolve the issue for us. Additionally, the bathtub in our room was not usable as it did not have a plug, which defeats the purpose of having a bathtub in the first place. The breakfast selection was limited and the taste did not meet expectations. The room lighting was also very dim, even during the day with the window open, making the space feel quite dull. Overall, the experience did not live up to what was advertised, and it was disappointing."

"I arrived early, exhausted from plenty of travelling with little sleep, and George the manager kindly upgraded me to this sister hotel, so I could move straight away into this vacant suite with private balcony and jacuzzi and make it my home for the week. And I was made to feel very welcome by the lovely Natassa at reception who had plenty of recommendations for outings and activities and she was so helpful securing appointments for treatments in the Gold Spa next door and a cruise on a catamaran. My suite was in a really good position to catch the spectacular sunrises and sunsets over the Caldera and looking towards Oia. The room service breakfasts delivered each morning and set out for me on the balcony by the two lovely breakfast guys, Fabio and Stavros, were so nourishing and delicious, and “Bravo” to the chef, for the inspired offerings on his menu, and the wine list was considered, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious Rosé from Achilles… I unfortunately didn’t get to try any of the cocktails , as tempting as they appeared on the list. Many thanks to the lovely Lina who helped me out with things in my room, and Felipe (sp?) with the jacuzzi and Harris (sp?) who delivered my meal and drink requests so efficiently. Everyone was so cheerful, helpful and obliging, and I was looked after incredibly well, I really struck gold"

"The location of the hotel is very convenient, as you walk out onto the main street. The service in the hotel is very good. Although the swimming pool is not big, it looks beautiful (I didn't have time to enjoy it). The breakfast is also good. However, the hotel room is average. There is a large mirror directly opposite the bed, which is a bit strange. The wash basin in the toilet is very small, smaller than that in Hong Kong, only as big as a palm 😂 This is something I didn't expect. The so-called rooms with balconies are public spaces outside. Our room just faced the public corridor. Without the curtains, you would be able to see the room whenever you enter and leave the hotel. If you want privacy, don’t book it."

"I stayed at this property in September 2025. I've read reviews that were nothing short of 10 out of 10, but that's not quite true! It's true that the property is in a strategic location, as it's very central, very close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. As for the rest, I tried to have breakfast on the first day (I was only staying overnight), but when I went downstairs, there was nothing to eat!!! (I went downstairs at 9:00). The manager told me that breakfast was free, and that if I liked it, the cost for the following days would be 7 euros. To my disappointment, they asked me for the 7 euros for that breakfast that wasn't there!!!! The property needs maintenance! The air conditioning was dated with a broken external pipe, water on the balcony. I reported this, but no one did anything, even though the manager assured me he would fix it, and it also seemed like there were birds inside. The towels were extremely hard, the cleanliness left much to be desired, and the table on the balcony was never cleaned. The bed and pillow were uncomfortable. The door was closed, leaving a gap where you could see the light from the landing. The bathroom was tiny. But what really bothered me was the linen policy. I paid a penalty of €4.50 for a towel stained with hair dye. But I proved it was a mess that could be removed... I washed it!!! This prevented me from washing my hair afterwards. Last but not least, the power outlets were truly awful! A power strip where the refrigerator plug is. The room was small for two people. Everything was very makeshift and no attention was paid!!! No, I wouldn't recommend it. There's a lot to do!!!"

I was very panicked at the time. This is really the most annoying booking I have ever made. I am considering not trusting Ctrip anymore and will still go to *********** when traveling overseas."
