"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The facilities are excellent, especially the swimming pool and sauna, and the hotel provided thoughtful arrangements for our honeymoon, which we greatly appreciated. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. My only suggestion would be to extend the opening hours of the sauna and gym, as this would give guests more time to enjoy the facilities. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would be happy to stay here again in the future."

"Beautiful hotel well located next to a beautiful large beach. Pleasant welcome, smiling staff. Very friendly catering service staff. Too bad the jacuzzi wasn't running. Nice varied buffet, however I think it's not normal that you have to pay for water when you pay half board! We were in other hotels in Majorca where water, sodas and wine were self-service. Right next to the swimming pool, the fact that many people reserve their deckchairs from 7 a.m. by placing towels without being present, therefore, no more possibility of sitting around the swimming pool after our breakfast, the management of the 'hotel should ban it!"

"Hotellet selv er godt, består af som vi forstår fra tre lig.Folk er meget mange, for det meste mennesker ældre eller med børn, unge mennesker er næsten ikke.Der er underholdningsprogram dag og nat. Føde tog morgenmadsmiddag, mad var varieret, alt lækkert.Hvis du ønsker konstant adgang til drikkevarer, tag alt på.Værelset er meget lille, godt, at der er balkon, kan du tørre tøj, håndklæder.I bruseren vandløber på gulvet. Der er en fan, sæbe, shampoo/gel.Soveværelser kunne ikke lide, ikke x/b, elektrificeret.Tre swimmingpools, hvoraf et børn.Soveværelse på hotellet for ekstra gebyr. Strand 5 minutter fra hotellet, sand, gulv ned ad trappen, ved indgangen tager du et par skridt på galkaen, yderligere sand igen.Vandet var smuttet og koldt i maj.Lufttemperatur +27. Meget overrasket og bekymret over, at nøglen til sikkerhedsvagten for den ekstra gebyr."

"We had to change our original hotel in Palma Nova as it shut half way through our week .The hotel itself is beautifully decorated ,pool area is nice and relaxing. The hotel stall are all very polite and helpful. We were offered a nice glass of bubbles on arrival .Our room was lovely but it did lack storage .There are hardly any draws ,we felt like we had clothes everywhere .The bedside cabinets could easily have a few draws and under half the long shelf. Also no shelf in the bathroom .The balcony was also a good size .Breakfast was nice ,cooked,yogurts,fruit and pastries .It is in a good location ,opposite the bus terminal and the taxi rank .The first few nights I was woken early morning by the taxi men who sit downstairs and chat and they are by no means quiet .The bar area is also really nice and we ate in the restaurant Harry's ,food was lovely .Sadly SP was not the resort for us so sadly would not return but if SP is your preferred choice of resort then I would recommend this hotel ."

"In a peaceful location away from the main Santa Ponsa beach and town centre, yet only a 10 minute stroll away. 5 minutes gets you to a lovely shady peaceful beach. 2 supermarkets shops, takeaway, several restaurants and bars 5 mins walk. Bus stop right outside for palma and magalluf. These apartments are spacious spotlessly clean comfortable and well equipped. Helpful staff service the apartments every 3rd day, ample towels provided. Nice pool nice lounge area and bar. Cannot find any fault the only thing I would say is that the pool bar food menu is a bit limited and hence the bar is a bit under used, it also closed before 10 pm. Not a problem as do much else nearby but be aware if you are arriving late evening. We requested and were given ground floor- 211 perfect"

"We've just returned from another fab stay here. Love this hotel. The sea view is amazing and the pool and surrounding areas large and clean. It as busy but we never struggled to find loungers or seats. We tried half board this time and it was worth it. The food was beautiful a great mixture of things to try. Only issue we had the whole week was the lifts. One was out of order a number of times and the other had a mnd of its own. Being on the 7th floor this was a nightmare. Would also love a 2 bedroom option for future stays"

"This hotel is in a good location and as beautiful views the down side is the hotel facilities are way too small. The pool is tiny there is a sunbed war every single day. On evening there is one bar with only 2 bar staff who work there absolute socks off. The tables are always wet there is only one person collecting glasses. The pool snacks are not the best. Rooms are spacious but only have a basic clean. Reception staff are really good and always there to help. I would say that the hotel is a 3 star at most."

"Just back from a 5 day stay at the sun beach,Have no complaints at all it has everything you need for a self catering holiday.We were in room 106 which was right beside the pool (suited us because we don’t bother about views ).Request a higher room and the view will be right over the beach.No problem getting sun beds ,some days we never went out to the pool until afternoon.Very central to everything 1 minute walk to the beach/bars/restaraunts .Special mention to marta on reception who checked us in .Always had a smile and chatted every time we went past reception.Would definitely stay again"
