"Dirty! We should have left from the first moment and called the health department! Shame on our country! We stayed with my family from 20/07/23 to 25/07/23 by necessity after I had booked it with social tourism vouchers! We had planned to stay (before we went) another three days! I will only refer to our rooms! We didn't expect luxuries! Didn't we mind the small old-fashioned TV that didn't catch any channels or rust on the water heater but the phone in the shower and the short curtain in the bathroom that were yellowed by the passage of time? or /and/ the lera? On the balcony, ropes for hanging clothes and 3 clothes pegs! The small table and the plastic chairs for the balcony were on top of a wardrobe and they also needed cleaning! They changed our towels when the 5 days that were paid for by our cashier were now over and bearing in mind that we would stay another 3 days at our own expense! When we were leaving (and after he asked us for the legal sanction to cancel the reservation) we told him about the above (complaints) he told us that we had to tell each other from the first day to give us other rooms! In other words, he had more clearly, but he gave them selectively? We have been going every year for 15 years on vacations with and without social tourism and we have never encountered anything like this before! I am amazed at the good comments that some have written!"

"The rooms are huge and have a wonderful sea view, spotlessly clean, we didn't even need air conditioning, we woke up to a wonderful sea view from the balcony of our room, the pool is clean, the front desk is very polite and courteous, there is a parking lot, there was a big bed, an armchair and a single bed in our room, the bathroom is spotlessly clean, the filter coffee on the balcony is incredible"

"This is an absolutely super hotel, really (really!) well run by the the exceptionally friendly and helpful Fontini and her team. It’s just a bit uphill from the sea front at Samos/Vathi – say a leisurely eight minutes’ walk down to the sea and the main square, and perhaps twelve minutes on the way back up. The building is stylish and well-appointed. A small lift gets you as far as floor three, with the top floor a further staircase up. The place is kept impeccably clean – communal areas and rooms (with daily room servicing). A highlight is the roof pool area accessed from the third floor – with a small but perfectly useable pool (good for a few strokes per length, and, of course, cooling refreshment), sun beds, a shower and an outstanding view over the town and bay. The ground floor houses reception (from which you will always receive a friendly greeting whenever you pass), the breakfast area (breakfasts looked super, but I didn’t indulge), and a bar and terrace. I was welcomed ahead of my formal check-in time and allowed to leave my bags behind reception and use the pool; likewise after check-out on the day of departure. When I visit Samos again (and I sincerely hope I will), The Virginia Hotel will be my first choice."

"Det var et hotel, som turfirmaet havde arrangeret... og den smukke sultanske dame var meget interesseret og meget hjælpsom... og hendes værelser var meget rene og senge behagelige. Der er en pool, men vi kan ikke sidde på en aften i en fløde på poolen.Der er en åbent buffet og meget smukt, men teet er ikke nok til vores fornøjelse, men det passer ikke til vores fornøjelse. Vi har det samme problem på alle hoteller, vi tager til Grækenland. De sagde, at det var vandproblemer på øerne, og at det ikke var så langt væk fra havet og at kvarteret ikke var bevægeligt, så det var svært at finde et godt sted at spise middag, så vi er trætte af aftenen."

"Love, love, love. Beautiful and relaxing. So many beautiful flowers and trees. The rooms are spacious, very clean and cool. No issue with the air at all. So nice to sit on the balcony. Table and chairs are comfy. Food was sooo good and fresh. The pools are very very clean which I appreciate, I hate when there are things floating etc. plenty of chairs and a nice pool bar Very easy to get cabs to town if you don’t want to walk. My brother walked to town every morning and brought back pastries. There is a little store for food etc and also a couple stores for gifts. Very reasonable prices. I was never overheated , thirsty or hungry. Perfect get away❤️❤️❤️"

A fantastic breakfast, with an à la carte service at no extra charge and unlimited Nespresso without complaint, always with great service. A small request, and presto it's settled directly without you having to notice it. Beaches nearby and restaurant really close."
