"Hotel is very clean and has charm. Beds were comfy. Someone is trying with the curtains and bed assemble but needs some maintenance done to rooms..ceilings, lights, baseboards, showers. . Hairdryer didn't work, light in bathroom flickered, no shampoo etc just little bars of soap. Coffee maker but bring your own coffee. There was a small refrig/freezer in room. Breakfast was good. I think I would rebook but bring the amenities it lacked."

"For 50 år siden opholdt vi os på Frenchman’s Reef for vores bryllupsrejse og besluttede, at vi skulle vende tilbage til vores 50!Vi var ikke skuffet.Den genopbyggede franskmand’s Reef Westin af Marriott tilbød de samme fantastiske udsigter og kundeservice. Koncernen var dejlig at arbejde med, og personalemedlemmerne var hjælpsomme og venlige hjerter.Kanten pool og bar/restaurant var stor, ligesom Luna Mar var til middag.Det vil ikke være 50 år længere uden at vende tilbage denne gang! "Check-in Delays: Upon arrival, we were met with a very slow check-in process that resulted in a 30-minute wait, which was an exhausting start to our vacation. Failed Special Request: We had specifically coordinated with a staff member named Jaaziel to arrange a birthday cake for my daughter. Despite providing all necessary details including flavor and timing and two days later, we discovered that the order had never been placed with the bakery. No Follow-up: At 4:00 PM, we were told the staff would "see what they could do." We waited an hour for an update, only to be told they would call us back by 8:00 PM. That follow-up call never happened, nor did we receive any apology or acknowledgment for the breakdown in communication."
