"The breakfast was superb! Coffee and tea aren't self-service; staff come to your table to take your order once you're seated. The hotel provides a St. Moritz area transport card, which covers train, bus, and cable car fares. This means the high transportation costs are essentially sponsored by the hotel, which was a very pleasant surprise! 😃 If you email the hotel your train arrival time in advance, they'll send a car to pick you up from the station. We had two meals at the hotel restaurant. While not cheap, the food was delicious and definitely worth recommending. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to St. Moritz."

"Selvkontrolsystemet fungerede ikke tilfredsstillende.Personalet på Hotel Reine Victoria er nyttigt. Værelset er rent, men der er kun én elektrisk sokkel i rummet, bortset fra den i vaskerummet. Den elektriske kedle, der blev givet, havde en pause i kedlehåndtaget, min ven fik en skalde og blister efter at have håndteret den. Morgenmaden er god, og den ansvarlige er nyttig."

"The history and location are well documented. The service is less well-documented. Having stayed at 5 other hotels in St Moritz over the years, this is the worst in terms of price v service. This includes the Kempinski, Kulm, and other hotels that would not normally see themselves in the same category. Having raised concerns about the service and asked for resolutions and contact, I felt ignored, and in fact, virtually no effort was made to contact me over 2 days. Avoid the cocktail bar where you may have to wait a very long time to be served and may not even get any service at all - 90 min we waited for them to take a food order, which in the end they never took despite asking 3 times! Still don't know why - maybe they felt I needed to lose some weight! Breakfast similar sort of dismissive attitude. Terrible F&B service. The F&B manager, Mr Peters, did not address the issues, provided little support, and nothing was resolved. Overall, my impression was that the staff were not bothered about providing high-quality service, and as such, I would not stay there again or recommend it to others. There are other hotels with the same view but better service."

"Smukt søside hotel med fremragende service.Værelserne er smukke, rummelige og meget rene med bjergudsigt.Fruegen var rig, meget smagfuld og personalet var meget opmærksom. Spa-området er charmerende og meget afslappende efter lange gåture i bjergene.Vi nydte vores ophold og var meget afslappende, vi ville elske at vende tilbage."

"hotel was very close to the train station and overlooked a beautiful lake, the hotel is located up a very steep slope uphill so it was quite difficult for us to push our luggage up, only to realise the hotel actually offered free pickup services, so friendly reminder to call the hotel once you’re off the train! overall an amazing experience, definitely recommended!"
