"We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights while passing through and decided to relax by the beach. We are not Best Western members, and this clearly affected our experience. The couple checking in before us received a detailed introduction to the hotel, recommendations, and even a small gift. In contrast, we were barely acknowledged. When I asked if the hotel had a gym, the receptionist simply said no and rolled his eyes. Overall, his attitude made it feel like he was doing us a favor. The location is excellent—just a five-minute walk to the beach. There are EV charging stations, housekeeping was good, and there is a small pool."

"Not a bad hotel for the price! When we checked in, we asked for a room with a pool view, and they gave us a great room with an ocean view on the 3rd floor! Unfortunately, the windows didn't open, which was a downside! The hotel was finishing renovations and finishing work at the time of our stay (we were warned in advance). One morning, we heard a faint knocking sound, but it didn't last long! A big downside: someone knocked on our door in the middle of the day, even though there was a "do not disturb" sign on the door, and we were sleeping in our room! One of the construction workers asked us to come into the room and pick up a mirror and a painting. At that moment, my husband and I went to bed, and I was lying in bed! This was incredibly unpleasant and rude! Also, the sheets were a bit worn, and the mattress was a bit hard! The mirror in the bathroom was warped, and the reflection was distorted! On our very last day, our sink clogged and the drain didn't work, so water just pooled. The TV didn't have Netflix or AirPlay (Apple)! I liked that there was a mini-store with coffee, snacks, and chocolates in the lobby! There was also a microwave and mini-fridge in the room! And a coffee maker! An iron, ironing board, and a hairdryer!"

"We absolutely loved our stay!!! Surfside room was decorated so cute and very clean. The pool was warm for our cooler day and the hot tub felt amazing. Perfect spot, so close to the ocean. The breakfast was delicious and Amanda & her co-worker were so nice. Definitely can’t wait to go back."
