"The hotel is located up a narrow track off the main road at the bottom of Sagada’s Main Street. We arrived by car and the track leading to the hotel was a bit hairy- rough and narrow, then a steep concrete incline and very tight parking. Expect your vehicle to be surrounded by other cars and scooters. Staff were helpful assisting us parking and asked that we left the keys in case they needed to rearrange the parking order. The hotel is built into a hillside overlooking a forested gorge with the limestone scar of echo valley in the distance. We had a balcony overlooking the valley which was nice although it was a bit too cold to sit out for long. The room was a good size, basic but clean with a comfy bed. No ac or heater, but temperature was ok. Shower was hot but not great pressure. Quiet location at night although we were woken by a knocking noise which I think was coming from the neighbouring room’s water heater. The location is good, away from traffic noise and 10 mins walk uphill to the top of the village. However there are a lot of steps and no lift so wouldn’t be good for anyone infirm."

"Nice place. Good location if you want to visit sea of clouds. And food is good. I think it was the first place in the Philippines where we had a restful sleep Хорошее место. "The Shamrock is located a little out of the main part of town along the main road, but we had a driver so this was not an issue. We stopped only one night on a whirlwind visit and were pleased with the simple, clean and comfortable room on the first floor. There was a good substantial breakfast, although the coffee was not great. There was free Wi-Fi and computer access in the lobby. The staff were very friendly. The hi-light of our stay was perhaps the marriage proposal (not ours!) on the stairs of the hotel which entailed a series of messages on paper taped to the treads... touching! Curiously, it was the second public proposal of marriage we had witnessed while in Sagada. The other at the Echo Point. Both by Japanese couples, I think.... Consider it for yours!??"
