"Generelt er vurderingerne gode, men i restauranten er der ikke noget mad, der er opført på menuen.Det varme vand er svært at bruge, fordi vandstrømmen ikke er stærk nok til at tage et ordentligt brusebad. Desuden har bruseren kun varmt vand i flåden, mens bidet har iskoldt vand."

"The place is ok for the price. We had a good view of the mountains. The only problem is the wifi which was relatively slow to lodge 2 vs Lodge 1 and 3. The caretaker said it was due to rain but even after days without rain, we can't really use it at all. Other than that, the staff were accommodating and friendly."

"The accommodation is up a narrow path so make sure you know how to get there. Great views. Fantastic breakfast. Alma arranged our guide. Free water. Hot coffee. The hottest water we have had in the shower. Good conversations. We were also helped with luggage and a tuk tuk on departure. No complaints. Thank you."

"The Shamrock is located a little out of the main part of town along the main road, but we had a driver so this was not an issue. We stopped only one night on a whirlwind visit and were pleased with the simple, clean and comfortable room on the first floor. There was a good substantial breakfast, although the coffee was not great. There was free Wi-Fi and computer access in the lobby. The staff were very friendly. The hi-light of our stay was perhaps the marriage proposal (not ours!) on the stairs of the hotel which entailed a series of messages on paper taped to the treads... touching! Curiously, it was the second public proposal of marriage we had witnessed while in Sagada. The other at the Echo Point. Both by Japanese couples, I think.... Consider it for yours!??"

"Det er en god placering, efter alt, i byens centrum, og gå til turistcentret omkring ti minutter.På hovedvejen kan du finde en lille vej ind (med et mærke), og endelig kommer du til hotellet.Hotellet skal afskæres, så det anbefales at have et par indvendige træk. Værelset og badeværelset er gamle, men det er ikke noget problem, hvis der er noget i det.Der er fedt i soveværelset, og det anbefales at vaske bryst, hårtørrer, tænder og tænder.Kvinden, Halen, er venlig at bede mig om at spise æble, og du kan også bede hende om hjælp med at præsentere guiden. Hun ringede til hendes nabo, og hun var en god mand med guidedokumenter og ti års erfaring."

"We spent 3 nights in the Bilza Lodge in Sagada. The place is new and some areas are still being constructed. The concept is very appealing once it will be fully operational. Bilza is located in a pine forest. In front of the main house is a big space with traditional Ifugao Mayoyao Huts. What struck a city dweller first is the fresh air and the pristine environment. Away from the town center but the latter can be reached easily in a 30 min refreshing walk. You feel very welcome by the friendly owner, the staff and in particular Korky the German Sheppard. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The showers have a water heater which is very much appreciated because the nights and the mornings are rather cool in Sagada. What is lacking are hocks or racks in the shower to hang towels and place other accessories one might need. The kitchen supplies the essential Filipino breakfast but the menu needs some add on for foreign travelers. A nice touch is the nightly bonfire, which, unfortunately we did not attend because we were too tired from the daily activities (thanks to our tour operator Travel Now Asia). All in all on our next trip to Sagada which hopefully will not be in a too distant future we will stay at Bilza Lodge again."
