"It was my first time using the hotel and I stayed for 2 nights, and the staff, including the front desk staff, greeted me well and was very helpful. There is also a large public bath where you can relax. I went to Sawada and Ryotsu in a rental car, and it was quiet at night and I slept soundly. At breakfast, we also enjoyed local foods such as rice and rice cakes. This is a hotel I would like to stay at again."

Desuden førte hotellederen og personalet generøst os tilbage fra politiet til hotellet og hjalp os med de nødvendige opfølgningsordninger. Deres tålmodighed, medfølelse og vilje til at gå over og ud over deres pligter betød så meget for os. Vi er virkelig taknemmelige for den omsorg og støtte, vi modtog.Det har været en velsignelse at være gæster på Oosado Hotel, og vi vil altid huske din venlighed."

"It was a very interesting experience. The rooms are scattered throughout Aikawa Old Town, so I recommend staying at the main building for convenience. The building itself is a century-old house. Sado Island is very beautiful, and the sea view of Oo-Turtle at the northern end of the island is amazing!!"

"When you go upstairs, the toilet smells, and you smell when you sleep or wake up. The private room seems to be renovated, but the Shoji windows are thick with dust for several years. The grilled fish for breakfast is like a sponge. Garbage and dust that cannot be seen directly in the gap of tatami mats in the room of the meal. I booked this inn because there was no other inn around here, but I regretted that I should have made it an inn in another area separated from 20-30."

Hotel Familio Sado Aikawa ★★★

"When I made a reservation for three people through Trip.com, it automatically changed to a quadruple room and I was charged for four people, so I couldn't make a reservation for three and ended up losing money for one person. The hotel's public bath was small and only big enough for 3-4 people, which was a bit of a concern, but otherwise it was comfortable. The buffet-style meals were also delicious and nice."
