Jeg elskede især spaen (de har de bedste hudplejeprodukter og behandlinger) og Pilates klasserne, samt de aktiviteter, de organiserede for os, er Saas Fe.Jeg vil helt sikkert være tilbage!"

"It's charming with a retro style, right on the ski slope, and with very friendly staff! Unfortunately, it's incredibly noisy and in need of some renovation. The reception is almost never staffed! Breakfast is very good, including options for vegans, but the vegetarian dinner is unfortunately too greasy and unhealthy, and far too expensive compared to the regular menu! What a shame."

"We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The highlight of our visit was definitely the sweet receptionist, who made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. However, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. Our room had very old furniture and was quite dusty. To our surprise, we found clumps of dog hair in the room, despite not having a dog ourselves. When we brought these issues to the staff’s attention, they were promptly addressed and the room was cleaned. We appreciated the good view from our room. The location of the hotel was also convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, while the staff was lovely and the breakfast great, I hope the hotel can improve its cleanliness to enhance the overall guest experience."

"Vi havde en vidunderlig ophold på Capra Saas-Fee.Fra Sandras og Joãos varme velkomst til den fremragende service i hele vores besøg, følte alt tankevækkende og professionelle. Restauranten var en fremtrædende smukke udførte retter og omhyggelig service gjorde hver måltid en fornøjelse.Vi nydte også spaen, især den opvarmede udendørs pool og saltrummet, som var perfekt til afslapning efter en dag ud. En særlig tak til Alexandre, chaufføren, der tog os op, gav os fantastiske anbefalinger om steder at besøge i byen, og vi elskede virkelig de steder, han foreslog. "The door to my room did not lock automatically when the door closed but had to be locked manually from the outside with the key card and there was no way to lock it from inside the room: I was told this was a "feature" the hotel used for certain ski groups (but I wasn't in such a group). As a result, I left my room inadvertently unlocked for a whole day. There's no real security for left luggage: anyone can walk into the lounge area and take your bag. The bed was comfortable and the hot water and wifi both worked well. In-room safe was not large enough for a computer. The hotel claims to have air conditioning but there was certainly no air conditioning in my room. Breakfast begins at 8am so the hotel doesn't work well if you need an early start. The hotel did not print my Saastal card until the morning after I checked in which didn't bother me but could be a real (and very expensive) inconvenience to some people although it's not the only hotel in Saas-Fee that does this. The lady who checked me in didn't speak good English although most of the other staff did."

"Nice new property with a few missteps. You can hear people talking and walking around - for a new build I expected better insulation. There were no cups or wash clothes in the bathrooms. Using your phone to unlock doors is really slow. It was a long walk from the car park with gear. Not near the slopes to head up skiing."

Vi havde halvbordsbehandling.Frugt og middag.Kokken kender virkelig hans ting!Te og kage i eftermiddag også.Ejerne og personalet var velkommen og super effektiv.Sådan en afslappende atmosfære.Meget god værdi for penge! "I was so surprised to see the negative review of this hotel as it was the opposite of our experience. Alexandra who is the manager was so incredibly helpful and kind. The room was spotless and super comfortable, the wellness area was Immaculate with a lovely sauna, steam and hot tub. The bar area downstairs, although quiet was fully stocked. The view from the rooms is stunning and the location could not be better for the ski lift. The hotel is more modern than most in the town. I would absolutely recommend the hotel."
