"Worst hotel experience ever. The reception of this hotel is 500 meters away from where we actually stayed, but the hotel didn't give any advance notice. We dragged our suitcases to the door of the room and called without the key. We had to walk back to get the key. Normally, you may think that walking back is okay, but this is Finland with thick snow at minus 20 degrees Celsius! The recetion is in a supermarket. There is no sign at the door. I can only call the front desk to ask. The front desk has a very bad attitude. They point at people's noses and say I hope you can behave yourself. They also refuse to admit that it is their work error and ask me to go. and platform complaint. I stayed one night and had to leave the next day. When I was packing my luggage, a woman turned the key in without knocking and shouted "out now!" I asked what was wrong with giving me some time to pack, and she said she had to leave in 10 minutes. All in all, a very, very bad attitude and a very poor experience. The front desk and staff have very poor English and cannot understand human speech."

"Det, jeg kunne lide, var beliggenheden, venlige og hjælpsomme receptionister, alt arbejdede godt. Værelset er lidt gammelt, men det er hyggeligt og rent. Jeg kan bare sige, at pølsen og mødrene ikke var så behagelige. Morgenmaden er i hovedbygningen, hvilket kan være ubehageligt for nogle mennesker, hvis du får plads i den anden.Det er ret stort område. Jeg fandt ingen oplysninger om sauna, det blev skrevet der, det er tid for mænd (5pm - 8pm), er der ikke tid for kvinder?I sidste ende havde jeg ikke tid til at bruge det, men ville være rart, at have en forklaring. Beliggenheden er meget god, du kan bare tage din cykel, ski, snesko og gå til dit eventyr.Jeg elsker at blive mere, to nætter var ikke nok. Tilføj:Jeg tror, de har et stort x-mas træ hele året i hovedbygningen 😀."

"Bad management during check in. I book an Apartment for 2 nights for this stay but I got the room for 1 night each. Staff told me I have to change room tomorrow and check out at 12PM. So that mean first night I stay and tomorrow check out 12PM and wait for a new room. Also, the apartment is very far from reception. Luckily, I have a car. Imagine if I don't have a car, I have to carry big luggage from the apartment to reception to check out and wait for new room later and move my luggage to new room again, how was it? Moreover, when I check out at 12PM staff told me the room will ready for check in around 2 hours. Then came back to check in again for second at 3PM another staff told me the room is not ready yet and policy for the Apartment check in time is 6PM. ***!!! I said I need the room now because this is unacceptable. Then staff told me the room is ready and give me the key card. So, for this situation I waste the time for half day to pack my luggage, move a lot of luggage to my car with a lot of snow, check out, go to reception for check out, wait the new room, wait, wait, wait, and come back to check in and got very bad answer that she told the room is not ready, and go to check in again, move my luggage to new apartment with a lot of snow, and take a rest. VERY BAD!!!!!"

"Det var lidt svært at finde først, fordi det var et hostel, der måtte checke ind i supermarkedet, men hostelet selv var rart og ok~ Det fælles stue, det fælles badeværelse og toilet var rent. Da vi blev, var der omkring en anden person bortset fra os (to mennesker), men vi havde ingen anden tid, medmindre vi gik ud!Supermarkedet er også meget tæt, og du kan bruge slid foran døren, så du kan også ride slid. ㅎㅎ Der er mange busser omkring den sariske selfie ferieklub, og der er mange rejseselskaber.Generelt er jeg meget tilfreds!Du kan holde din transportør på kontoret ved siden af supermarkedet."
