Vores værelse var på det sydlige haveniveau, stor at have de udendørs lounger og borde.Fantastisk beliggenhed.Fed gå ind i Saanen, hvor vi deltog i Menuhin musikfestivalen.Stress fri ved at forlade bilen på hotellet. Anbefale også saunaen og jacuzzien, ryd rummeligt og perfekt vedligeholdt.Tak for receptionen for at tage sig af os så godt."

"Absolutely magnificent hotel, located in a beautiful environment. The rooms overlooking the countryside and the swimming pools offer an incredible view. They are modern, very clean and well soundproofed. The spa, swimming pools, relaxing room, saunas… are amazing. The staff is attentive, very professional and helpful. We really appreciated that the directors came to say goodbye to us. The breakfasts and dinners are of very good quality and generous. It was such a real pleasure to stay at this hotel. We can't wait to come back."

"The hotel is a family run property being managed by the Matti family. We specifically chose this one as we wanted to experience the famed Swiss hospitality which unfortunately is found missing in commercially run hotels & yes we were not wrong in our selection ! We reached the place a bit late around 9pm but the check in experience was warm & super smooth. It was taken care of personally by the owner, right from check in to the luggage delivery in our rooms. A warm & smooth check in experience always help. We had booked for suites which were large, clean & the bathroom equipped with a shower cubicle, which also acted as a steam & hamam (now this was something unique) & we enjoyed it every morning. The location is nice, a bit away from the road, to give you a nice & quite stay experience but just 12 min walk to the promenade & the railway station. The best part was the mesmerising view from our balcony. We used to spend hours sitting there & enjoying the swiss beauty. Overall a good staying experience "

"I had a voucher for a 4-night stay at this hotel. The voucher had indeed expired, but isn't it incredibly dishonest to refuse to honor a voucher simply because the validity date has passed? Unbelievable, the business owner accusing you of giving them the voucher too early! The customer is king, the king of suckers."

"We stayed in room 601 for 4 nights, it had a lovely view, very quiet, soundproof room. The rooms are very clean, everything perfect. A lovely surprise on arrival on finding out we had afternoon tea included ( homemade walnut cake is delicious) and an evening meal, we thought it was of very good value. Everyone working here are polite and welcoming, a special thank you to Grit, she was lovely and very helpful, she told us a lot about the hotel and area, we’ve stayed in Gstaad 4 times over the last 2 yrs and she told us things we didn’t know. Hotel is in a convenient location, train station 5 min walk away, also cable car. 8 mins drive into Gstaad itself. We loved the hotel so much we have cancelled our booking at another hotel in December and coming back to the ERMITAGE for 4 nights! "

"Adorable cabin like rooms. Restaurant is good. 10 min walk to the ‘city center’ and 15-20 min walk to the train station. Awesome amenities for kids like a little racetrack. I made use of the ping pong table. If you’re into skiing/snowy activities this is the spot to be, because the lift is literally across the hotel. Rooms can be a little loud at night. All in all a great experience for the price. I’d stay here again."
