"We recently stayed for a week as a family. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels, can’t complain. We did all inclusive one of the days which was good. The grounds and hotel itself it’s nice and clean. The pools games the children loved. We stayed for he entertainment one evening which was enjoyable. Staff all helpful and friendly. The only issue I had was on check out, I asked to use a shower prior to our flight home, which was on the evening. I was told we can use the spa facilities. We headed down and the whole place was absolutely wet through, there were not one single room dry to enable us to get dressed, also no towels (which I would have thought was a given) it was also absolutely red hot down there. Just generally very uncomfortable. I think maybe offering a room would be better, which is what we have been provided in other hotels."

"The hotel is not on sea front, but is only a few minutes walk to the beach. The rooms all over look the lovely swimming pool and well maintained gardens, there are ample comfortable sun beds, and a great pool bar serving food and drinks. The rooms are clean and comfortable and very quiet. The staff are fantastic, and can’t do enough to make you happy. The dining area is spacious and serves a good variety of food. Overall a excellent hotel and good value for money."

"It was a very nice apartment about a 3-5min to the beach we stayed here before the vacation season started so there weren’t too many people the only downside was that the (I assume) owners didn’t know very much English but they were nice and Lissy did everything right to communicate with us even in Spanish we understood what she ment. The location is very nice 5 min brisk walk to nearest carrefour, the kitchen had everything you need to make basic meals, 1 pan, 2 pots and 4 sets of dishes, fridge, microwave and a stove. Overall I enjoyed the stay and it was very comfortable."

"A bit septical when we first arrived. The rooms are a little small but once unpacked they have all we needed. The food was great, plenty of choice for both adults and children and a variety of food each day which was nice. All staff in restaurant, bar, reception are so friendly and helpful. But the biggest praise goes to Rocky and his animation team, they are just out of the world. So much energy! They make the kids feel so special and really work hard at everything they do. My advice would be to join in with all the activities, you meet really nice people from all over Europe and the animation team make each activity for both adults and children really fun. They work so hard and put on amazing shows. They really go above and beyond. Well done club torre blanca team 2025 !!"
