Need to really improve on breakfast and also train your staff on customer service and always taking note of Guests leaving and making sure next Guest doesnt have to clean and tidy their own table."

"Finfoot Lake Reserve is one of the most amazing hidden gems in SA. Especially if you are a family looking for entertainment for your children, while parents can enjoy a private, luxurious stay. The 'Explorers Club' not only keep the children busy for hours, but it also teaches them a lot. A very unique initiative by Dream Resorts! I loved all the activities. The lake barge cruise is amazing! Not a lot of places in SA has a lake, hiking trails and wildlife. Service is great! The staff is highly trained, friendly and professional. You can expect service from the moment you enter the premises. The food is out of this world and the restaurant well managed! Highly recommendable"

"Nicely located in the center of town, the hotel offers nice rooms with fridge and microwave, free parking and a full bathroom including bathtub. A big lounge and outdoor space can be used by guests. The neighborhood is quite and safe, internet was fast and reliable. It is worth noting that the hotel doesn't offer any food or drinks other than breakfast, so you better come prepared or go out for dinner. We definitely found our place for future visits. Thank you!"

"Overall not an outstanding place. I stayed here for one night and I could not wait for the night to be over. Although the linen was clean and comfortable, the room itself was not clean and had a lot of dust. There were spider webs everywhere and even more so under the tables, in the showers, and in the bathroom. This was quite jarring as you’d expect that they should have cleaned the room when replacing the linen etc. "

Everything worked perfectly and the beds were excellent. Cleanliness: Top notch. Our room and all common areas were spotless every day. Food: Fresh, tasty, and good variety at every meal. We especially enjoyed the breakfast and dinner service. Staff: The General Manager and the Manager went above and beyond to make our stay smooth. They were professional, warm, and sorted out every request quickly. The whole team was friendly and attentive. We felt genuinely looked after from check in to check out. Based on the rooms, cleanliness, food, and the outstanding help from the General Manager and Manager, we happily rate Safari Hotel (Orion) 10/10. We will definitely be back.
