"I loved this best house! From now on, my mom and I will always book in the same room we stayed in this time. Room 6. This room had everything we needed. It had: 4 beds 2 Bed rooms 1 bathroom A mini fridge Even a TV! The breakfast was so clean and the food was amazing! It is a few minutes walk from Europa park and as a child, I really recommend this area for you and your family ❤️"

"Perfect location with a street shop selling drinks snacks alcohol coffee fresh made to order pizza. Bedrooms are quite large but no storage, only hangers along one wall. We did find a large drawer under the end of the bed on the last day so be sure to check. The rooms are serviced alternate days. Bathroom has a large walk in shower. Breakfast can get busy with people fuelling up for when Europa park opens, but good choice of bread, meats, cheese fruit and hot choice of bacon and eggs. Internet was strong and had no issues. Outside there are bus stops to take you to rulantica (free bus no7231) and to and from Ringsheim station. Overall we found the location perfect and the hotel delivered on every front. Highly recommended. "

"absolutely not to recommend. Check-in must be made between 16.00 - 18.00. Otherwise, you are already at the beginning threatened to cancel the booking still prior to payment. After a honest and true criticism, a flood of unshamed mails followed. That's really something we never experienced! A shame!"

"The only friendly in the house was the houseman. All the other was a no go !! Very ,very unclean .. Cool to shower was not even the racer what is probably according to other guests is standard.Well and the seating on the balcony questionable. So from 70 kg you should not sit .. Is it all the same size with 2, 4 or 6 people the rooms all have the same size .. Small and very narrow is fine . The bathroom is outside the room and also very unclean. All in all one night and that's enough. It is a bad thing. If the Lord of the House would make more effort, he could also get a or two stars smoothly."

"It is such a fun, exciting, hotel. It feels like such a treat to stay here. Our second time and still things to explore. The breakfast is great. A brilliant soft play area. Wonderful pool. Inspiring water light show. This visit we also used the pools at neighbouring resort hotels which were also great. Being a hotel guest also had perks for being able to easily access Europa park. And we used the shuttle bus to visit Rulantica which also worked really well. So overall a great trip."

"The journey by car was relaxed. The route to the theme hotel, Rulantica or Europa Park is well signposted. The first reception at the hotel was very warm and courteous. The service was and is excellent. The involvement of the children was also fantastic. The food (breakfast) is extensive and very tasty. There is something for everyone to enjoy. The rooms are a little old, but very clean, functional and quiet. We are already looking forward to our next stay in one of the beautiful theme hotels next year. Have fun!"

"Theme hotels are not usually our thing, but we enjoyed our time here and it's Europa park, after all. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is pretty good for a hotel breakfast, probably the best we had on this trip. We have also stayed at the Kronosar and feel these are on par with each other. Of particular note was the Sprit of St. Louis. We were going to pick one of the nicer restaurants and make a reservation, but we were tired and opted for the bar restaurant. The food was delicious and the live music was the best I have heard in this type of setting in a long time. After dinner, we continued to listen from our room porch while sipping wine. Would absolutely return. Oh, and we love Europa park. It was great to be back."
