"Shuttle bus til/fra lufthavn er kun gratis for gæster, hvis booket direkte med hotel og det koster 8 schweiziske pr. pax for ikke-direkte bookinger. Det er ikke en god tilgang til første gang gæst ophold i min mening og beliggenhed er lidt ubehageligt, går omkring 15-20min til nærmeste togstation.Booking gennem trip.com gør os "ikke" officielle gæst. Men i det hele taget er vores rejse i Zürich stadig god, hotelværelset selv er ikke dårligt, sikkert og rent, hvilket stadig er værd at blive.Personalet er nyttigt med guider og venligt.👍"

"A really good and positive start to our Switzerland holiday.  Booked into the Intercity Hotel Zurich and requested for an early check in. Was approved and complimentary as a HHonors member.  Fantastic location and nearby to the airport with a free shuttle from the airport.  Checked in by Mr Danni who is well mannered and helpful through our our stay. It is valuable staff like Mr Danni that makes the hotel stand out from the others.  Breakfast is good and the coffee is delicious.  Planning to end my holidays with another stay there before heading back home to Singapore.  Thank you."

"I had a really pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Express. The room was neat and clean, and the area around the hotel was very nice and convenient. The breakfast had a good variety of options which we enjoyed each morning. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the shuttle service was excellent as it always arrived right on time. We also loved the pizza we had at the hotel for dinner during our stay. One small thing I really liked was the shower gel it smelled so lovely. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily visit again."
