"Amazing place! If you need a rest and the friendliest staff ever, you are at the right place. Nice spacious rooms, quiet area, and bicycles from the hotel to go to the beach or downtown make your visit so easy and stress-free. The staff, along with the owner, is something that you rarely find. So polite, so considerate, so friendly, so smiling - it's healing for the soul. For breakfast, they make their own bread, one of the best I have ever tried. I even got the recipe :-). Thank you all for the beautiful 3 days, how short our vacation was. "Coming back here, for us, is like coming home. This is a unique place, both because of its location and because of all the people who work here and make it cosy and cared for every day. Among the many things we like, waking up every day with only the sea in front of you is a priceless feeling. Matia, in the kitchen, prepares the best palačinke and omelettes in Rovinj! Last but not least, Lidia and Lorenzo are wonderful hosts whom we are immensely pleased to meet again and again. Za nas je povratak ovdje kao povratak kući. Ovo je jedinstveno mjesto, kako zbog svoje lokacije tako i zbog svih ljudi koji ovdje rade i čine ga gostoljubivim i zbrinutim svaki dan. Među mnogim stvarima koje volimo, buditi se svaki dan samo s morem ispred sebe je neprocjenjiv osjećaj. Ovdje vas osim neprocjenjivog pogleda očekuje i fantastičan doručak koji, osim što je uvijek pun dobrih stvari, prati i prekrasan osmijeh Anite i njezine kolegice Danea. Matia u kuhinji priprema najbolje rovinjske palačinke i omlete! Konačno, Lidia i Lorenzo su sjajni domaćini i neizmjerno nam je drago svaki put se ponovno sresti. Per noi tornare qui è come ritornare a casa. Questo è un luogo unico, sia per la sua posizione, sia per tutte le persone che lavorano qui e lo rendono accogliente e curato ogni giorno. Fra le tante cose che ci piacciono, svegliarsi ogni giorno avendo davanti solo il mare è una sensazione impagabile. Qui troverete, oltre a una vista impagabile anche una colazione fantastica che oltre ad essere sempre ricca di cose buone è accompagnata dal sorriso splendido di Anita e della sua collega Danea. Matia, in cucina, prepara le migliori palačinke e omelette di Rovigno! Lidia e Lorenzo, infine, sono padroni di casa splendidi e che ci fa immensamente piacere ritrovare ogni volta."

"Comfortable boutique hotel on the outskirts of Rovinj. Beach close by, but a fair distance to the centre of town. As you really need a car to get here in the first place, then a car into town seems easiest. Modern design, with nice touches. Very clean. Excellent breakfast. Nice pool area. Would willingly stay here again."

"First of all, the campsite is good with nice looking and new facilities but a bit small. In general we had a good vacation, but the dialog with the campsite and Maistra ( Campsite owner) destroyed much of this! One year before arrival, we asked for an offer via mail directly to Maistra. In the mail we informed about dates and that we would bring our own caravan but also number of persons (number of adults + children). After I received an offer, which we accepted but at the same time, asked Maistra to confirm if this were for all 5 persons which were stated in the first mail. This isn´t answered directly, and I don´t note this. On the day of checking out, the price for our stay has now gone from 14076,06HRK(1875,18Euro) to 19864,56HRK(2635,40Euro) without tax 19505,02HRK (2587,70Euro) which gives a difference of 5428,96 (720,25Euro). The price difference is due to the fact that the offer I received, were only for one person, and now two more adults were included. Also basic information like my name and nationality were wrong, which made the check In, much longer then anticipated. Along with the campsite reception we agreed on paying the full amount and afterwards have the discussion with Maistra about this, due to the fact that I haven´t done any mistakes and this were Maistra´s mistake alone( words from the reception. I have now been in contact with Maistra since we got home. From the start they have denied to have done any mistakes and now I don´t get any reply´s from them. This is extremely disappointing! We had our eyes on some of their other campsites, and if they had handled this cases good, we would have visited one of them in 2024, but this is very much of the table. "
