"Somebody entered in the room while I was sleeping saying that was testing the door locks. Short after a couple of people started to drill all room doors of the floor with an electric drill to replace the door locks. There was no notice of such work. This episode made me realize that at the hotel leon D'Oro they have no respect for the guests. It doesn't deserve to have 4 stars. Never again."

"On the trip to Toscana we stayed at the B&B Ai COLLI. Daniele has received us warmly. The Junior Suite is spacious and equipped with love for detail. The view of the city and the mountains was dreamy. In just 5 minutes you can walk to the city centre. Here you can flanish, shopping or comfortable sitting in one of the numerous cafés and restaurants. We will be happy to come back and stay for a night longer!"

"I had a great experience with the staff and the location is properly placed near a lot of amenities. Although the breakfast is basic, the staff offered a soft-boiled egg every morning and I made a difference. The personal touch is special and place is well taken care of. The only complaint I have is the size of the showers, too small for any size human being."

"This was my second stay in two weeks. The hotel service was still good, and the room was fairly clean. However, this time I found several long and short hairs on one of the beds, so I asked the staff to bring new sheets and duvet covers. This time, family rooms were unavailable, so I booked a double room. I specified 2 adults and 1 child in my booking, and the Ctrip confirmation included 3 breakfasts plus a free night for the child. However, upon check-in, I found it was a standard room, and there were no extra beds for children. After paying an extra 15 euros at the front desk, they provided an extra bed. It seems Ctrip's "free night for the child" policy was calculated based on 2 adults. Ctrip could have made the note clearer. This hotel is next to the A22 highway, making it a good transit point for trips to and from Germany and Italy. Further north are popular ski resort towns, where accommodations are more expensive."
