"No hot water in the shower. The guests I spoke had the same experience. Every review is talking about this and it seems this is a problem which is there for a long time. The restaurant was coosed. They only open it when enough guests. So when you expect to have some amenities at the place, there are non. The breakfast was nice, but full of flies. There is peakock poop everywhere. The water in the pool is freezing cold The city of Ronda is not so closeby. To the parking spot is about 15-17min. Overall I would not recommend the place. Beautiful but very bad service and no hot water for ages. "

"The location is spectacular, especially the views of the Tagus Gorge, right in the heart of the old town. Everything is within easy walking distance. Regarding the staff, my daughter Valeria wants to say that Lidia is a wonderful and very attentive woman. She always has a smile, and that's not just because it's her job, but because she's a person. We'll be doing it again next year for the 101st Legion celebration."

"Hotellet er fantastisk, meget bekvemt.Den ene side er Newbridge Little Square, den anden er en buskeplads, og gå til enhver seværdighed.Værelset er bredt og rent, og det er bedre, hvis det giver vand til at pakke. Der er en parkeringsplads under hotellet, der er omkring seks eller syv biler, men parkeringspladsen og lejligheden har ingen elevatorer.Der skal tages bagage her, husdøren er på enden af bygningen, parkeringspladsen er på bagsiden af bygningen.Du skal indbetale en checkliste og parkeringsgebyrer på stedet, når du passer på opholdet."

"Bygningen blev lukket, da vi ankom til trods for lovet 24/7 reception.Kontaktnummer ikke svaret.Kun ind efter en nabo ringede til nogen.Ingen pool, kaffe, morgenmad.Læg dig på sengen og lås brudt. Havde booket i 2 nætter, men venstre after1. Værelse vi fik var ikke den, der blev booket.Oplysninger på hjemmesiden afspejler ikke virkeligheden.Det værste hotel vi nogensinde har boet i: book et andet sted, Ronda er værd at besøge"
