"When checking out, I needed an invoice, but the front desk couldn't issue it directly. A kind young lady at the reception guided me through the process of requesting an invoice from the back office. I really appreciate her excellent and gentle service. The room was also very clean. The mattress was a bit too soft for my liking, but after I informed the front desk, they promptly removed the mattress topper for us. Afterward, the bed was perfectly comfortable – not too hard, not too soft, just right. I had a great night's rest. Overall, it's a hotel with a very good environment."

"Recently, I took my child on a holiday trip and we stayed at the Sheraton Rizhao. The high-ceilinged lobby was truly impressive, and combined with the clean and tidy rooms and excellent service, it left us with a great impression. A special mention goes to the Executive Lounge restaurant on the 12th floor. The afternoon tea and 'Happy Hour' offerings were extensive, but the highlight was definitely the opportunity to make your own Shandong pancakes. The wraps were wonderfully chewy, and the variety of side dishes had a distinctly local flavor. Located on the top floor, the lounge boasts stunning sea views, making it perfect for watching the sunset. Even on a regular day, the scenery is fantastic with panoramic views of the blue sky and ocean. The sea breeze added to the pleasant atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for photos and checking in on social media. The only minor drawback was that during peak times, such as holidays, there could be a queue for breakfast, but it wasn't a significant issue."

Not very happy to stay indoors but at the same time outside atmosphere and things were amazing. Beach is literally on the walking distance and enables you to take frequent walks in the morning and evening."

"The bedding and towels were comfortable, and the room was very clean. All the in-room facilities were great, and the skylight provided excellent natural light. During the off-season, the park was very quiet, perfect for a stroll on the mountain. The staff were very enthusiastic and offered on-demand shuttle services. The only downside is that it's not very convenient for taxis, so it's more suitable for those traveling by car."

"This hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Dongyi Town and directly across from the underpass leading to Gate 4 of Wanpingkou Scenic Area. It's incredibly convenient to walk to the beach. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even upgraded our room for free. The bedding and towels were spotless, and the room had no strange odors. Since our high-speed train was scheduled for later, the hotel staff kindly extended our check-out time by two hours, which was incredibly thoughtful! Choosing this hotel for our trip to Rizhao was a very wise decision!"

It was a great experience, and I'd love to come back if I get the chance."

"The worst hotel ever, the worst service experience ever. The room I booked wasn't even inside the hotel; I had to walk across the street to check in. Parking was also a nightmare; I had to park in the scenic area's parking lot! Later, I found a spot in the underground parking lot. When I checked in, I provided my license plate number, but to make matters worse, they wanted to charge me for parking when I tried to leave. I contacted the parking lot exit, but they said they couldn't find my information and wouldn't let me out! A truly awful experience. Is this what hotels in seaside cities are like? I don't know if this review will be blocked, but I hope everyone will be careful and avoid being scammed!"
