"The hotel is new, and they're even adding new facilities. The overall decor and facilities are excellent. The service is very good, exceeding the price range. If you ignore the cleanliness, it's basically like staying at a cheap hotel that cost 200 yuan less. The gym is also good; the TV is better than many hotels. However, cleanliness is a major issue. Not only did I stay two nights, but I also had to contend with tiny drain flies (moth flies) every night. There was hair and food residue on the hallway carpets and in all the corners formed by furniture, walls, and floors in the rooms. If the cleanliness could be improved, it would be worth staying there."

"When driving through Tibet, I chose this hotel for a stopover in Shigatse, and it was a great choice! The hotel was newly renovated in 2025, featuring a minimalist Zen style. The room was very clean with no strange odors, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. What was most impressive was the diffuse oxygen supply and humidifier in the room. This made sleeping at over 3,800 meters above sea level very peaceful and significantly alleviated altitude sickness. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water was consistently good. The front desk staff were very friendly, and check-in was fast. The parking lot in the backyard also had direct access to the lobby, which is super convenient if you're driving. It's about 4 kilometers from the train station and only a few minutes' drive to Tashilhunpo Monastery. Dining options nearby are also plentiful. Overall, it offers great value for money and I highly recommend it!"

The room's oxygen supply is excellent, completely eliminating altitude sickness concerns and ensuring a very restful sleep. The decor is stylish, with cultural touches in every detail. The afternoon tea is exquisite and delicious, and the bar has a fantastic atmosphere. The service is warm and attentive; the staff are patient, considerate, and always ready to assist. From transportation and views to facilities and services, everything is impeccable. It offers exceptional value for money and is definitely worth staying at when visiting Shigatse!"

We also had breakfast in the lobby this morning; the selection was plentiful, and someone even helped us cook noodles, rice noodles, cakes, milk, and desserts – all delicious and very nice! The hotel's parking lot was large and convenient, and it's very close to Shenli Times Square in the city center – just a few minutes by taxi, and for 10 yuan, you can easily get anywhere. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and highly recommend it!"
