"This hotel would be perfect if it had air con. It is clean and comfortable; the bar and restaurant are good and there is plenty of parking. The location is excellent. We stayed during hot weather and there was no air con or even a fan in the room. We left the windows open at night but the noise from the smokers gathered below, then the delivery lorries and bin collections meant we barely slept. We are happy to stay there again but only if the weather is cooler."

Faenol Fawr Hotel ★★★

"Although the exterior of the building and its restaurant are stunning, the room doesn't match the aura of a 16th-century manor house. The velvet headboard of our bed is dusty, there is no provision for room slippers, and no side table lamps beside the bed (there are hanging lamps on each side of the bed but the switch is on the wall behind the door, you'll need to get up to turn on/off). Also, there's no night light for those who can't sleep without a little light. But since we only stayed there for one night, it's all fine for us. The receptionist is very kind and always cheerful. We had a good typical English buffet breakfast. If you don't have a car and want to see the village, you'll have to walk to the hospital's bus stop, which is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and wait for a bus at a one-hour interval (at least on Sundays). Rhuddlan is a lovely, quaint village with pleasant and kind people. Aldi, Starbucks, McDonald's and local pubs and cafes are available so you won't worry about basic stuff. I just wish our room reflects the mystery and beauty of a 16th-century manor house. Maybe, we'll stay there again if ever we go back to Rhuddlan."

Husholdningspersonalet var indkvarteringsvenligt og nyttigt.Værdi for penge 8211; i første omgang, da vi bookede, troede vi, at det var lidt dyrt, men i betragtning af den store morgenmad, komforten og letheden ved parkering 8211; 100% værdi for penge. "Brilliant, tried to book Rhyl seafront, fully booked, booked Rhuddlan 5 mins away, literally (10 cos of 20 mile an hour restriction), loads better, on the doorstep Aldi, pub, Starbucks, KFC. 1 min down the road indian restaurant. I am from Bradford, the food here was absolutely beautiful. Village 5 minutes away (walking), local shops 2/3 pubs. Taxi from here to Rhyl, for a pub crawl, taxi back, better than staying in Rhyl, cheap. Will go back in a breath. The staff are on the ball, welcoming, helpful, you feel/are safe, they care"

"I would like to say that my stay at this caravan park was one of the best stays of my life, comfy beds, nice scenery, great fun in the club at night, swimming pool is roasting which makes you feel like your in a foreign country. If you would like to go i would definitely recommend it worth the money and not to far from local shops. Location was brilliant. Caravan was very clean and looked very professional. Very quiet at nice and during the day on your passing speak to you in a very well mannered tone. Check in and Out is Quick and easy"
