"Hotel tæt på jernbanestationen og på kanten af byens centrum.Vi var heldige at sikre en parkeringsplads i hotellets egen parkeringsplads, selv om først personalet sagde, at den var fuld og vi måtte parkere i nærheden. Værelset var relativt stort.Fruegen var OK, men varmen var lidt skuffet i de første to morgener, men forbedrede på den dag, vi checkede ud."

"Check-in at Hôtel des Arcades was easy, and the staff were helpful, friendly and very welcoming, which made a good first impression. The room itself was fine, although it was warm. However, the bathroom was disappointing. Taking a shower felt a little like being in a caravan, with the curtain touching the toilet, and once the shower had been used the toilet area was wet. The door also did not close properly. Overall, the hotel could definitely do with some TLC. Given its location in such a great city, a few thoughtful touches, such as photographs or local artwork on the walls, would really help give the place more character and make it feel more connected to its surroundings."

"Do consider staying at this hotel if you’re visiting Reims with a car.With a 7-minute drive from the city center, you get a more spacious room with facilities much more than a 3-star. Vi kunne ikke nå frem til tiden for check-in, men de har godt fundet et alternativ til at arbejde ud.Vedlagt foto viser udendørs patio til vores værelse!"

"The hotel is ok, clean, and has friendly staff. But the area was a bit intimidating with gangs of youths wandering around. Glad there was secure parking, pity the inlet gate was not shut at night! The hotel is basic but good value for money."

"Starting with the good things, the price is good, location is excellent literally 20 m from the main area, the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful, it has onsite parking, and despite obvious limitations the room was clean. However the hotel is very tired and needs some major investment in regards to maintenance to bring it up to a decent standard, our room was small which wasn’t a problem but things like locks missing screws, the toilet push not fitted right, paintwork scuffed and chipped etc really let the place down. Unfortunately what didn’t help was a drunken guest trying to kick a door in at midnight added to the poor review, I realise that the hotel can’t select its guests but I suppose if you book a budget hotel you may get budget clientele"
