"The main reason I'm giving this hotel a low rating was because they billed me 3 times for the same room, how that occurred was that our company paid for the stay and then they also charged my debit card that I gave them for incidentals, they actually charged my debit card for double the amount and when I tried to get this corrected with the hotel no one seemed to know how to refund my money back including the manager Jason, so if they ask you for your debit or credit card for incidentals you better keep an eye on your bank account or else they might double or triple charge you. Very disappointed with them, hopefully our company will not make reservations there again."

"Very nice place, very nice staff. Walls are a little thin and the hotel plays loud music all night. When you ask the staff if they can lower the volume the ladies say that the hotel manager wants them to play it. The music is okay, it’s the blaring while you’re trying to sleep that is a problem."
