Men, the walkway from the car park to the hotel room was quite slippery, so it would be great if this could be improved for guests' safety. "Two years ago, I stayed in a premium chalet at Poring Hot Spring. This time, I couldn't book the same type of room, so we stayed in two separate Kelicap chalets. The rooms were clean and tidy, equipped with a TV and air conditioning, but no refrigerator. The furnishings were quite basic, and the two single beds perfectly suited our family's needs. The best part is that the Poring Hot Spring Park entrance is right outside the door, making it an ideal place for those looking to recharge and relax."

"The facilities in the cabin room are not worth it's price, not to mention there are mosses at the corner of the bathroom, the water heater malfunction sometimes and there are no heater in the cabin. When trying to view the scenery from the standing window, it is covered by mist in the morning, defeating the purpose that we want to book this cabin in the first place."

"Første gang opholder vi os i campervognen, der er bare fans inde, 2 i 1 toilet + badeværelse var ret lille, vi bruger det som toilet kun fordi vi havde et andet familieværelse.Bedden betragter det som behageligt, og hvis små børn vil helt sikkert elske det! Værelsesprisen var helt sikkert meget overkommelig og udsigten er fantastisk.Bare vejen til dette hotel var kun med kasaran, men ikke et stort problem, meget overbevisende at blive her, da restaurant og attraktioner sted ikke alle er langt væk."
