The front desk kindly upgraded us to a double room. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The guesthouse's courtyard was also charmingly quaint and beautiful. Because it's an old wooden building, there was a slight smell of stale wood and sewage odor, but turning on the air purifier provided by the guesthouse eliminated this problem. It turned out the front desk had been lying and hadn't arranged for the robot to deliver the room key. I was fed up and called the consumer complaint hotline to check out and change hotels. The consumer association contacted the manager, who refused to refund the money or take responsibility. I demanded legal action. Such an arrogant manager, such terrible service!"
