Located by the heart of old Quebec, the location was extremely convenient and the guest services team had kindly arranged a room with a great view. The size of the room was good and service generally is wonderful. The hotel has parking and provide amenities but you have to remember to request them yourself. The treats for kids was a nice touch if you're travelling with family. Areas for other guests to note is that there are 2 parking options: 1. Self parking (cheaper) 2. Valet parking (more). The parking team said there's lots of cars and hurried us to hand over the keys and did not present us the option. The hotel while well kept is still slightly on the older side. If you have younger children, they may need some assistance to reach sinks or soaps etc. Overall enjoyable stay.

A single issue can significantly detract from the overall experience, overshadowing the hotel's positive attributes, such as its location and the city's appeal. The room's cleanliness did not meet the standards expected of a five-star establishment. Despite presumed cleaning efforts, the room exhibited persistent uncleanliness. Evidence of this is readily apparent; for example, personal items left on surfaces, such as an iPad, mobile device, or dark-colored clothing, quickly accumulated dust or grime. Photographic evidence further substantiates this claim. Upon departure after a two-night stay, we attempted to address this concern with the reception. However, instead of offering an apology, the staff questioned our delay in reporting the issue and offered a complimentary coffee as compensation. How funny.

Excellent location and service. Closed to the downtown and attractions. Spacious room and bathroom area, however, the air conditioning was noisy in the evening.

I booked 2 time with trip.com both time I had very bad experience. I went with my family and I booked 3 rooms and I paid $1500.00 dollars when I checked in he didn’t gave me same floor then I paid extra money to get the rooms on the same floor. They gave me bad rooms which had bugs, dirty and broken shower tub and the iron was broken too and I have all those pictures with me. This is not fair because I booked this from trip.com and I waste my money. I have all the pictures if you want proof. I had bad experiences with trip.com .

Great service by the staff, always prompt to deliver our request wirh kindness. The 5days stay was very pleasant and best location for our need. Our mom who celebrated her 65th birthday and retirement was very happy and moments were unforgettable.

Our plans to Quebec City by VIA rail arrives quite late at night so decided to stay at a major chain hotel where it’s easier to find the way. Hilton Quebec is just 5minutes drive from the VIA Rail Canada station, yet it’s on a steep hillside ( and it’s located right outside of the Old Quebec fort ), you will be climbing up and down the hills in order to go sightseeing the Old Quebec. Hilton overall are very reliable major-chain hotels worldwide, but at the same time it won’t have any particular charms of the local uniqueness of the region, so if you are looking for a charming place resembling Old Quebec, this place might not be your first choice.. but anyways we liked our stay here because of a hot shower and clean rooms for a reasonable prices. Our room was facing opposite the famous Le Chateau Frontenac view, so it’s better to request beforehand if you are keen on staying on the Chateau view.

Great location near parliament hill, short walk to the Citidale. I like the large windows and the internal decor with a good selection of art works. Staff were helpful. Will recommend to any friends visiting Quebec city

Room is big and with Old Quebec view.  Within walking distance to Old Quebec.

Hilton Quebec has an excellent location - very close to the Parliament House, walking distance to the old quebec area, close to a few of the popular eateries & coffee. If you choose to stay in a room with the Parliament view, you can also see the Chateau Frontenac. Bed is very comfortable. Service wise, it's rather prompt when I requested for some extra amenities like bathroom slippers and comb. Just one boo boo (and a major one), at check-in, I was given an occupied room (got a shocked when I opened the room door). Though another room was arranged quite quickly, I thought the attitude of one of the hotel staff can be more serious, instead of attending to it jokingly. Nevertheless, I still enjoyed my stay very much because of the location and comfort.

The location of the hotel is great. The modernly decorated lobby and rooms offer you more than enough comfort for a pleasant holiday. Nice view of the parliament building.

The location is very convenient, just 5-10mins walk from Old Quebec. The rooms are nice and clean.

Walking distance to the VIA train station, old Quebec City, food district and right next to the parliament building! I can see the parliament and the Château Frontenac from my room.

The perfect view of Parliament House is impressive. The site is very convenient and the service was great.
