"The lighting in the room was beautifully arranged, creating a very warm and cozy atmosphere. The owner provided excellent service, and the attention to detail in terms of cleanliness was impressive. The room even came with hand soap and disposable toilet seat covers. As for the location, there's a subway station and a shopping mall right outside, making transportation super convenient. I'd highly recommend this place if you're attending a concert, as it's very close, and there are plenty of local snacks and seafood options nearby!"

På den måde kunne jeg lide deres restaurant: nogle øl og mad var gode.Og de har menu med billeder.Byen selv er interessant og har en smuk havsø.Jeg vil gerne vende tilbage til nogle spor i LaoShan bjerge."

"Lovely stay at HaiTian Hotel these three nights. I originally booked a Mountain View room but didn’t realise that it doesn’t have a bathtub. Ruby 小蒋 was super hospitable, she was prompt with helping me change my room to one with a bathtub. The room was amazing, with sea view and city view on both sides of the window. Air con was slightly cold so I had to turn it off and on during my awake time. Breakfast was good with the a huge selection of delicacies and a lovely sea view. The hotel has a salon which seems very clean and professional but I didn’t have time to try it. The pool was decent and the gym was spacious and well equipped. I highly recommend this hotel and would come again in the future."

"Pros: 1. Good value for a 5-star hotel, around 650. 2. Has an indoor pool. Cons: 1. The decor is dated, and the amenities don't match a 5-star standard. Especially the bath towels and hand towels, they were pilled and worn out, which was really unacceptable. 2. Regarding the pool: it's open to the public, so it's crowded. Also, I felt the cleanliness wasn't up to par; my skin was very itchy after swimming. 3. !!! At the breakfast restaurant, there was a 'fake' monk who would follow you around and chat. After the conversation, they'd blab on and then put a 'spiritual item' on you: a glass necklace that looks like it cost 2 RMB on Taobao (they called it 'glazed'). They then tried to force you to pay for it! This is outrageous. My same-sex friend encountered the same thing!! I was very shocked by this 🤯. I hope the hotel improves its management, and friends, please don't get scammed!!!! I'll post a picture of the 'spiritual item' below 👇. Everyone, beware of this scam. P.S. I consulted some knowledgeable friends, and I received confirmation that real monks would never reveal a QR code for payment哦～"
Shangri-La Hotel, Qingdao
"We're not fans of crowded tourist spots, and our family was looking for a quieter place to visit. Staying here turned out to be a delightful surprise. During check-in, Molly understood our preferences and, instead of just recommending popular Instagrammable places, she suggested Signal Hill Park. From there, we got a fantastic view of the red roofs and green trees, and it wasn't crowded at all. She also gave us some useful tips for getting around by taxi. Our room was clean and bright, with plenty of outlets, which was super convenient for charging our cameras and phones. The breakfast selection was rich and balanced, with a good mix of meat and vegetables. The hotel's location is great for transportation; it's easy to get to various attractions by subway or taxi. The hotel environment is quiet, so after a day of sightseeing, we could fully relax. Molly was very friendly and patiently answered all our questions. It felt really reassuring and comfortable for our family trip."

All the facilities are new and in perfect condition, with no signs of age or damage, making for a truly peaceful and comfortable stay. I highly recommend it to families!"

"Vi blev for nylig til denne resort og havde en meget behagelig oplevelse i almindelighed.Beliggenheden er lige uden for byen, omkring en 40-minute-drev, og den der er smukke.Resorten var også meget let at finde. Incheckningen var enkel og glat, og personalet var fremragende i hele vores ophold.Venligt, hjælpsomt og hurtigt til at hjælpe, når det var nødvendigt.Værelset var stort og rent, selv om det viser nogle tegn på alder. De varme spring, pool og slides var meget sjove og blev holdt rene, som vi virkelig sætter pris på.Nogle områder, især tag- og gulvoverflader, viser også synlige tegn på aldring og kunne bruge en vis vedligeholdelse. Vores værelse havde ikke kaffe eller te til rådighed, da vi ankom, men personalet gav det meget hurtigt efter at vi spurgte, hvilket var en stor tjeneste. The space was tidy and clean, the facilities were new and well-maintained, and the environment was quiet and comfortable. The overall quality was excellent. I'll definitely choose this place again next time."

"This was my second time visiting Qingdao, and I chose to stay at this hotel again. The 6th floor has a kids' play area, which is perfect for families traveling with children. Parking is convenient, and there are many malls nearby, making dining and shopping very pleasant. The room hygiene and facilities were both excellent (💯). The only minor drawback this time was that the soundproofing in our room wasn't great. Next time I visit Qingdao, I'll definitely stay here again!"

"Overall, the room was decent – clean and tidy with a nice view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The soundproofing wasn't great though, as I could hear noise from the hallway. Breakfast was a letdown; it lacked any special holiday touch, and the food display was very ordinary. The hotel's location is its main advantage. Next time I stay, I won't bother with breakfast, as it didn't meet my expectations. I extended my stay by one night, and had to confirm it twice at the front desk, but housekeeping seemed unaware of the extension. My room wasn't cleaned in the morning as they thought I was checking out. Overall, I'd give it 2.5-3 stars."
