I even received a small surprise gift on 520 (May 20th), which was a delightful surprise. Ginny and Manager Xiao provided trustworthy and top-notch service."

"I chose the deluxe sea-view room this time, and the location is great, truly enjoyable to watch the sea. **Facilities:** Very good, all the amenities seemed quite new upon entering. **Cleanliness:** The room was tidied up very well by the staff. **Ambiance:** Really nice. **Service:** The service was impeccable. All the hotel staff were very polite. Our room card might have demagnetized, and we couldn't get in, so a staff member specifically came to help us resolve the issue and even apologized. The only thing is, I hope they can improve the soundproofing; we could hear doors closing from across the hall. I'll still choose Orange Hotel when I travel to other cities."

"Room looks a bit different than what hotel shows, needs updating. Air conditioning vents seem connected to exhaust, so whenever kitchen was cooking something I’d smell it in my room. Location is excellent and breakfast is excellent"

"This hotel is conveniently located near the Exhibition Center, with easy access to the subway and shopping malls. The service, especially from Pearl, was warm and professional, making for a great stay. Several things particularly impressed me: the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and proactively helped carry my belongings to the room; I received a complimentary room upgrade; and for the price, the value for money is exceptional (based on my frequent trips to Qingdao). I also loved having a dedicated area for makeup and getting dressed, and the room's multiple floor-to-ceiling windows, which let in so much beautiful sunlight."

"Had a fantastic trip! After a long search, even though it's a bit far from the stadium, I still chose the MGM Grand Residences. Overall, the stay was excellent. Our butler, Kelly, proactively asked about our needs and, knowing we had an early flight, even reserved our room for us before we arrived. We were able to check in immediately upon arrival, which was very thoughtful service. The room perfectly blends oriental elegance with modern comfort, totally hitting the mark for us. The hardware facilities are high-end and comprehensive, and the smart home system is easy to operate, making for a convenient and comfortable stay. The only drawback is that food deliveries need to be picked up downstairs, which is a real pain for those who love ordering in. It would be great if this could be improved. The concierge staff were gentle and polite, always offering to help with luggage and open car doors. The hotel staff were also very responsive whenever we had a request. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Qingdao."

"The environment here is absolutely amazing! The beach is right downstairs, and a leisurely coffee stroll by the sea is incredibly therapeutic. The hotel service is also great. It's perfect for a vacation. I stayed here during a business trip and found it very peaceful. Breakfast was also excellent and offered a wide variety. The front desk manager provided exceptional service. It's a shame I was too busy to truly enjoy everything. Opening the window and hearing the sound of the waves crashing was incredibly soothing for sleep."

"This hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance to May Fourth Square and MixC Mall. The hotel itself is new and very clean, with a lobby that exudes understated luxury. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and I particularly liked the hotel's signature scent. The bedding was comfortable, and the breakfast was a real highlight, served continuously from 6 AM to 11 AM. My only suggestion for improvement would be the smell of cooking oil from breakfast that sometimes permeates the elevators and other public areas; hopefully, this can be addressed."
