"The room wasn't cleaned, and there were cigarette butts all over the balcony. I called the front desk and then went out to eat. "The room facilities, hygiene, and environment were all satisfactory. The only downside was that the giraffe toy we redeemed with our hotel passport went missing, either at the restaurant or the 4D cinema.
