"Overall, I was quite satisfied, but the only thing was that the bed was a bit too soft. The service and everything else was very good. I even encountered an unpleasant situation at the hotel, and when I reported the issue, Jason was able to resolve it quickly for me. The only real downside was the construction site across the street, which was a bit of a nuisance. The concierge helped us carry a lot of luggage all the way to our room. At check-out, they also helped us move all our bags, big and small. Sunny and Ellen were very friendly."

"This is the best hotel in Lüsi Port Town. The entire design concept is based on a five-star hotel, and the level of service is indeed five-star. I don't know why it's listed as a four-star hotel. The hotel room is quite spacious, actually around 42 square meters. The facilities are new, except the air conditioning wasn't very hot; perhaps because it's spring and the central air conditioning is off, it was a bit chilly at night. The room was very clean, with attention to detail. The hotel's promotional video was excellent, showcasing many of the hotel's intangible cultural heritage artworks and design concepts. The Chinese restaurant on the 3rd floor is a well-known local restaurant, excellent for seafood, as it's located in a famous fishing port. The receptionist, Ms. Shi, was very warm and attentive, even providing us with complimentary breakfast, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast was plentiful. Special praise goes to the receptionist at the breakfast restaurant; she was exceptionally welcoming and even personally served me noodles when I couldn't carry two! 👍 The receptionist at the restaurant on April 6th deserves a huge thumbs up—a bright smile and warm service. The hotel butler also sent greetings via WeChat. It's rare to find such a good hotel in a small town. By the way, there are charging stations in the underground parking garage; slow charging is convenient, but the electricity cost of 2.24 yuan per kilowatt-hour is a bit expensive, judging from the perspective of a Black Diamond member. This hotel deserves a 90 out of 100; it's a great choice for anyone visiting Lüsi Port."

The ceiling light was broken and simply taped on. The drain in the sink was stuck shut; I had to poke it with a tool—quite inconvenient! Cleanliness: The blankets smelled musty and had unwashed bloodstains and unidentified hair. The toilet seat had a yellow rim inside! Service: The front desk staff were quite friendly and resolved problems promptly."

The soundproofing in the room was excellent, I couldn't hear any noise from the corridor. Hot water supply was stable, and the bathroom was dry and not damp. The bedding was pristine white and soft, ensuring a very good sleep experience. The room was well-ventilated without any stuffiness. The mattress had just the right firmness, and the pillows were comfortable, allowing me to rest well after a tiring trip. Room facilities were complete, with the air conditioning and TV working perfectly. The hotel's overall environment was quiet, and public areas were kept tidy. The staff provided attentive service, and any requests to the front desk were handled quickly. The value for money is very high among similar hotels, making it suitable for both short stays and longer visits. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The hotel's location is also good, making it very convenient for travel and sightseeing. Hygiene, service, and environment are all top-notch, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay.
