"We stayed at Sai Towers during the 100th Birthday celebrations and I cannot praise the staff highly enough. At a time when thousands of devotees filled the streets and the atmosphere outside was hectic the hotel itself was full of peace warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff went far beyond ordinary service and they set up a special buffet restaurant to accommodate the huge overflow of devotees ensuring that no one was ever turned away. Even with massive crowds every meal was served with calm efficiency kindness and a smile. Our room was provided with fresh bottles of mineral water every day and we were assisted promptly with anything we needed and were always greeted with a heartfelt Sai Ram. Their dedication patience and grace during such an intense period were truly remarkable. The food was excellent the prices very reasonable and the location could not be better as it is directly opposite the Prasanthi Nilayam Ashram at Ganesh Gate.I wholeheartedly recommend Sai Towers and I am deeply grateful to every member of the staff for making our stay not only comfortable but truly memorable and filled with Swamis love. "Meget godt hotel"

"I called the hotel up, a day prior to my check in and then said booking is not confirmed. They basically wanted to sell my room for higher price as it was peak hours due to baba’s birthday. Thankfully mm t helped resolve the matter. The hotel rooms were average, but general tendency of the staff was to say no to everything. You would need to persuade them to get a yes. The restaurant and food were the only saving grace."

"Hotel aum was good and nearby the ashram. Separate geyser for hot water was provided in the room as also clean bed and two fresh towels. Cable tv was also there in the room and so was 2 mineral water bottles for my use. Restaurant was not there in the hotel which was a big disadvantage. However my stay was good and pleasant and i wasn't disturbed throughout my stay. I would give hotel aum 4 stars."
