"We booked a family connecting room, and both rooms were incredibly spacious and convenient, being linked together. We arrived at 10 AM, and the front desk attendant was very polite and helpful. She checked for availability and immediately processed our check-in. Oh, and the mini steamed buns at breakfast were delicious!"

"The hotel's location is great. It was the night before a marathon, so the parking lot was quite full, but thankfully the security staff were very enthusiastic and let us park right in front of the hotel entrance. My only complaint was that the lock on the door of the room we were assigned looked like it had been forced open and hadn't been repaired before being given to a guest – that's not very friendly. Luckily, the front desk promptly changed our room. Breakfast was excellent, and the small courtyard on the first floor was a pleasant surprise."

"What a pleasant surprise! The room was spotless and well-organized. What really stood out was having tissues and a small trash can right by the sink – a first for me, and so convenient for someone who wears makeup and needs tissues frequently. The front desk staff was also amazing; they kindly allowed me to extend my check-out time because of the heavy rain, so I could wait until it stopped. Really great service, Atour is definitely my top choice nationwide."
