"Vi er lige kommet tilbage fra Menorca og havde et godt ophold på dette hotel.Værelserne er 8/10, rummelige og alt arbejdede, alligevel forældet, vægge, døre skruet og lydisolering dårlig. Føde og drikkevarer var 9/10, forskellige retter hver nat, drikkevarer (selvservice tap) inkluderet til middag, selv om vi var på halvbordet.Det var godt, men det kunne have været et ekstra skridt, noget særligt. Animationshold og personale var det bedste 10/10, Mario på sangria-værkstedet gjorde min dag, men alle andre fortjener 5* rating.Gym er godt udstyret, direkte ved pools, 10/10.Pool og Seth-klubben var også fantastiske. Generelt var alle venlige og hjælpsomme med mig og min 1-årige datter."

"A really beautiful setting for a fabulous hotel. Lots of pools great food and the staff were very friendly especially Zine one of the waiters. The hotel is especially great if you have any mobility issues and so easy to get to from the airport."

"I visited this hotel with work earlier this year, and decided to book a (solo) last minute trip last week as I felt it would be a good and safe place to travel alone. Really enjoyed it, other than a rainy day where there wasn't a lot to do (the spa was OK but no space to just lounge other than in the hottubs, sauna etc). There is also one one english language TV channel - a news channel. I knew this, so downloaded some TV to catch up with. The WIFI is pretty good, but does drop when you move location - I fed this back and someone came to check it later that day. The rooms are great and spacious, comfy beds, lovely shower etc. The kitchen area is basic but enough - make sure you turn the fridge to max though - I kept a bottle of wine in the freezer bit and it was perfectly chilled. Generous balcony/terrace areas too, with sun loungers and table and chairs. The pool area is great, always plenty of sunbeds available, and lots of towels on hand. There is music played, but only loudly for an hour around lunchtime. The food was pretty good - if a bit samey. Chef Julio Cesar is amazing as others have commented, and he welcomed me back to the hotel which was lovely. Sometimes the food was a little salty, but plenty of choice to avoid those dishes. My main issue with dinner was that there is no "free" water available - despite there being a water fountain at breakfast (as well as free Cava!!) and at nearly 6 euros for a half litre bottle this was not great. Drinks generally expensive too... There are some restaurants and supermarkets about a 2 minute walk away, next to the beach - useful for stocking up on drinks and snacks for the room. Yes, it's a bit pricey (especially when compared with the all inclusive next door), but in my view worth it. Thanks to all the super friendly staff too - you really made my stay, and made my solo travel super comfortable!"
