"This was my second stay at this hotel in the new district, and I was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The hotel's exterior is understated, but once you step into the lobby, it's stylishly minimalist, complete with a self-service tea area that creates a tranquil and comfortable ambiance. The room was spacious and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding that made it easy to relax. The bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area, and the amenities were of good quality. The staff were warm and attentive, providing thoughtful assistance from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was diverse and plentiful, a great mix of Chinese and Western options, all made with fresh ingredients. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. Finally, a special shout-out: during our stay, we couldn't open our suitcase. The front desk arranged for an engineer to come, and although he was young, he was very experienced. I was ready to just break the lock, but he patiently examined it and eventually managed to open it for me! We were genuinely surprised and very impressed! 👍 Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this is an ideal choice, and I highly recommend it!"

Cleanliness: So-so Environment: Okay Service: The service attitude was very poor, especially the short-haired man at the front desk. He was unresponsive and made me very unhappy. It was also very noisy at night. The soundproofing was terrible. Other hotels have soundproof windows, but this hotel's windows were like ordinary windows in a house. Even from the back rooms, I could hear car horns. It was a terrible experience; I will never come back. Overall, it's very poor value for money."
