"This was our last stay here and I must say that I am outraged by the service received. The manager Irma Diaz and Daniel Trujillo completely lied to us during our stay and made excuses the entire time we stayed at the hotel. The biggest issue we had was that housekeeping stole our personal belongings from our room 818. When I reclaimed it back after inquiring it at the front desk, there was no apology or anything that was done. Instead, Irma Diaz made an excuse for her staff saying it was in lost and found from housekeeping. But the front desk staff member named Lewis had no knowledge of our personal belonging being missing. Housekeeping had kept it but returned it after I demanded it back. I made a complaint to Marriott Bonvoy, Trip.com, and the Better Business Bureau. And after we made the complaint then staff mistreated us from the valet staff to kitchen personnel. If I could give this hotel a zero star then I would."

"To use the air conditioning, you had to call the reception to get up, access the room and take/switch out the air or change the temperature. At midnight there is no hot water and one day during the bathroom I stop out of the bathroom (neither hot nor cold)"

"The hotel is beautiful with great amenities. It has a very nice restaurant on premise; and beautiful outdoor space. It has a decent size pool and Jacuzzi that looked very inviting. I also had a last min spa treatment that was very relaxing. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I’d stay there again!"
