Every area, from the lobby to the rooms, was clean and well maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. The food was another highlight—fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety. Each meal felt like it was prepared with real care. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Beautifully clean, truly welcoming, fantastic staff, and great food. I would happily stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free experience."

"It’s difficult to fault this hotel. Yes, the rooms are a little bit different and may lack storage but it’s a boutique hotel. The staff are all, to a person, fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was good. Really good. But food wise, the in house pizza restaurant was outstanding. The best pizza I’ve had in a long time. The only thing that lets this hotel down is the gym. It’s poor. It’s small, old equipment and I’m not sure the equipment is maintained or cleaned. Improve the gym and I’d not hesitate to stay again."

"This is not a 4 star hotel. The staff is nice but that's where it ends. Bathroom looks like it was done in the 90s and never renovated. Everything is old and nothing works. Plug socket not working. Phone not working. Drain not working so prepare for floods. We complained and they acted like they'll fix it but we returned and things were still the same. Have no intention of ever returning."
