"PRO: Clean, fairly close to the ski slope on foot. The hot tub and heated pool in the evening while it’s snowing are exceptional, but crowded. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The Noir restaurant is also very good, but rather expensive. Electric car charging station available. CON: The room is a bit small for a family with one child. Too warm in the room. Uncomfortable mattress. There is a rather strange smell that others have also complained about. The parking area is too small. Some of the staff could be more friendly. It attracts a particular type of tourists, the kind I prefer to avoid"

"I write on behalf of my friend who spent 5days in August 2023 at Carmen hotel.Anita She had been there in the past,as it was consider a good hotel. Unfortunately her stay in Aug this year was a disaster. Room with no window. No daily cleaning. She had to ask to take the garbagge bin. No electricity during one night,(some problem with a bulb),no one sent to fix only next day. Avoid the place."

"God beliggenhed, parkering er tilgængelig, serverer god morgenmad, buffettype.Beliggenheden er rolig og ren, og personalet er venligt.Vil helt sikkert komme tilbage. Værelset er rummeligt og rent, sengen er ekstra stor og komfortabel, og værelserne har balkon. "

"A lovely hotel with pleasant staff. View of car park from room but can still see mountains from side balcony. The overall location is lovely. It's good value for money including breakfast which was typically continental. During the week nice and quiet but a bit more lively at the weekend. I would definitely stay there again."

"Very cosy atmosphere, very nice people. Great vslue for little money. Not far from the railway station and from the main slope. Facing the main road to Brasov. Good food - you can order in advance, buffet, all meals. Clean, large, elegant rooms. Thank you, Piemonte hotel, Predeal, Romania!"

"Vi havde booket fra Tyskland Elexus Hotel, ifølge billeder, et moderne luksushotel med wellnessområde i bjergene. Ved ankomsten fik vi et værelse på Elexus boutique Hotel, som er en meget gammel bygning over for Elexus Hotel. Ingen elevator til rådighed, meget lille badeværelse, ingen brug af wellness område muligt, da en privat fest fandt sted på Elexus Hotel. Vi var angiveligt ikke gæster på Elexus Hotel, selv om vi indcheckte der. Derfor blev vi nægtet at bestille en aftensmad og drikke på den smukke terrasse. Ryder uforskammet østblok tone, vi blev henvist i den uforskammede tone af restauranten. På bordene i restauranten blev der druknet og om natten mega højt festmusik. Vi forestiller en ophold i bjergene anderledes. Vi ville spise morgenmad klokken 8. Alt låst i den gamle bygning, tilbage efterspørgsel i forhold til det luksushotel, svar på receptionen, hvor meget klokken det var .... Derefter fik vi imidlertid en super dejlig morgenbuffet med meget uforskammet personale i den gamle bygning."
