"This hotel used to be decent, but now it's completely out of keeping with its advertised category. We were upgraded to a standard room. I booked a superior room, but they upgraded us to a standard room. We've stayed at this hotel several times before and know the difference between rooms. When I asked for the room I paid for, they refused, saying the hotel was full and there were no available rooms. They also insisted that room size (standard rooms are significantly smaller than superior rooms) doesn't matter, and that the only difference is the quality of the mattresses—a completely bizarre excuse. I tried showing them photos from their website with room descriptions, but it was no use, even though the difference is very noticeable on the website, in the description, and in the photos. They don't provide robes or toothbrushes, only one small bottle of shampoo and a small bottle of body lotion for two people. Slippers are also available upon request. The walls in the room are extremely dirty. We won't be staying at this hotel again."

"Vi blev her i sidste nat i Italien, fordi det var tæt på Firenze lufthavn (ca. 15-30) minutter.Hotellet blev netop åbnet i december 2022, så alt er godt og nyt og godt dekoreret. De serverer morgenmad, men der er ingen middagsvalg, og restauranter i nærheden er begrænsede, hvis du ikke har en bil.Jeg vil gerne komplimentere Aurora, der arbejdede på frontbordet den dag, vi checkede ind. Vi havde ikke en bil, så det var et problem at spise middag, men Aurora gik ovenpå og ud for at hjælpe os med at få middag bestillet fra en leveringsservice og endda oprette et godt bord for os, så vi kunne have middag i lobbyen.Stor kundeservice. Værelset var dekoreret godt og en anstændig størrelse.Parkering syntes at være begrænset til et par steder på gaden. "

"So glad my girlfriend and I chose to stay at this hotel! ❤️ Location - 10/10. The train station is a leisurely 10-minute walk away, and there's a Coop supermarket right across the street where you can buy groceries. Reception - Check-in was super quick, and the staff were just lovely! Housekeeping - Everything was excellent and clean. Overall: If you don't want to pay almost double for accommodation in Florence, I highly recommend considering Prato, and this hotel in particular. P.S. The only thing my girlfriend and I noticed was the area in front of the hotel. We would have loved to see a beautiful green lawn instead of burnt grass (("
