Morgenmaden er enkel med frisk bakket cornetto/croissant, yoghurt, kager, korn, varm kaffe, cupcacino, appelsinjuice osv. Der er også en selvservice hot coco distributør. Der er omkring 100 skridt at tage for at nå ejendommen fra servicevejen."

"The room was so so even though decent and large spacious room , the AC did not work . Made for poor sleeping conditions . There should be a shuttle bus from the hotel to the marina . At the price we paid there should be transportation offered for free like the competitors . Instead of having to walk long winding road or steep stairway that is half km long . They could do better ."

"My husband and I spent 15 days in Italy going from Rome to Sorento, to Capri to Positano . There is so much beauty in Italy it’s hard to pick a favorite . But the hospitality, food, and views of this amazing hotel put it at the top of our list. Giovanni (if he’s still there) will take you anywhere you want to go! Positano is difficult to navigate with its narrow winding streets up hills and its many, many, steps. He even took us to his personal favorite restaurant that is not on the “tourist” list. View was amazing and the food was incredible. The restaurant looks out over the ocean and our room had an ocean view! Thank you Giovanni and your family for making us feel so welcome! We loved our visit."

The facilities in the room are old and simple, there is no free mineral water, and the steam room seems to be broken. The hotel should be old. The hotel has three restaurants. The breakfast is very simple and there is nothing delicious. The pizza is also average, and the attitude of the pizza restaurant staff is very bad. The main restaurant tastes good and the service is enthusiastic. The front desk staff is also good, but overall it is too old."

"The view from the hotel balcony was unbeatable, which was what attracted me to the hotel. However, other aspects were quite disappointing. The room facilities were outdated, and the shower was so old I couldn't even wash my hair. Breakfast was served by room service, the selection was meager and the food was unappetizing; fruit required an extra charge. The location required taking a bus to reach the town center. The landlord initially quoted an outrageous 50 euros for parking, but we ended up finding a designated blue line parking spot ourselves. Having traveled to Sorrento, compared to other hotels of the same star rating, the hotel price was definitely inflated; it would only be worth considering if it were at least 50% off."
