Ctrip and the official website only show beautiful pictures of the main building, without indicating that you will be assigned to the annex building, deliberately misleading consumers. The annex building room has absolutely no privacy: the main entrance faces the main corridor, allowing passersby to see the door directly; the entire door is a glass panel, leading directly into the bedroom; the curtains are poorly designed and cannot be fully closed, offering a completely unobstructed view of the room. There is absolutely no sense of privacy, unworthy of a high-end hotel. 2. Major Safety Hazard, Building-Wide Problem All four rooms on the podium floor have the same issue: turning on the hot water in the bathroom immediately triggers the fire alarm. This isn't an isolated malfunction; it's a design flaw throughout the building. Showering requires forcibly closing the bathroom door, causing constant anxiety and a complete lack of safety. 3. Untrustworthy Service, Poor Training, Chaotic and Negligence On the first day, a complaint was made to the front desk, and a promise was made to transfer staff to the main building the next day. However, the next day, there was no handover at the front desk, and no one knew about the promise, demonstrating a complete lack of credibility and integrity. The restaurant service was even more outrageous. A waiter mistakenly brought food from the next table to our table, indicating a complete lack of professional training and a chaotic service process. The bathrooms were extremely dirty!!! 4. Low Staff Quality Maintenance personnel handled the fire alarm by stepping on the guest room benches with their shoes on, then failing to clean up or apologize afterward, displaying a complete lack of hygiene and professionalism. 5. Extremely chaotic management, indiscriminately accepting tour groups. Despite claiming to be a high-end hotel, it arbitrarily accepts large tour groups for banquets, resulting in the restaurant being booked entirely by tour groups. Individual guests have no proper dining space, and the environment is noisy and disruptive, completely ruining the stay experience. 6. Dysanthemum-aged facilities, extremely poor maintenance. The room decor and facilities are old and damaged, and maintenance is perfunctory. The facilities are completely unworthy of the exorbitant price of 5500 yuan per night. 7.
