"This hotel needs to check in at 15:30. When you check in, there will be a wave of sales promotion, asking you to upgrade the room type, and then saying that it only costs 99 euros now, and then add taxes, and finally it becomes an extra 110 euros. I don't feel comfortable recommending it. And the attitude of the front desk seems to be very good, but it's a bit fake. The room is still OK, it's a side sea view room. Then there is the elevator. Although there are three, they are not available. Then the hotel is on a slope, parking space is limited, it is difficult to park, and the parking fee for one night is not cheap. The room toiletries are ceramic jars, placed on a very small platform, but when you take a shower, you need to squeeze, causing the shower gel jar to fall to the ground. The breakfast is a la carte, although it tastes good, it's a bit oily. The toast is fried in olive oil, so it's very oily. The beach at the door was flooded at night on the first night, and the beach was in a terrible state the next day, but it was actually very beautiful when you checked in during the day. But the hotel room is still good, and it looks OK."

"Second visit in 3 months. Never stayed at the same hotel previously, always book different ones to sample the different environments. But this hotel just has something that we have not experienced before. Spotlessly clean, rooms are properly cleaned daily and staff are wonderful. The pool area is not large, but never feels crowded. Food is good, perfect location for a relaxing break. A third visit is already in our thoughts."

"The restaurant is in a fabulous setting and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Food leans more towards traditional Majorcan at reasonable prices compared to restaurants in the nearby Puerto Portals. We had Padron peppers, grilled Octopus, salt crusted baked Sea Bass followed by the lemon cream. Washed down with a Majorcan Rose recommended by our waiter, Stairway to Heaven. All were fabulous."

"The hotel is a bit old, but the service staff is quite enthusiastic. They told us not to park at the hotel because it would charge a fee, and asked us to park directly next to the hotel. The room is a bit old, but it is still very comfortable to lie by the pool during the day. The pool seems to be closed at 6 pm. I don't understand why. There are very few Asian faces."
