"Noises all the time, from the elevator to slamming doors. The room looked out onto a courtyard where there are also apartments and in the early morning you could hear the neighbors and smells of food. The mattress on the 1.50m bed was not comfortable at all and was sunken in the center. The air conditioning did not work. We were notified by reception, and they told us that they were aware of this, that it had been like this for several days and that they did not know when it would be fixed (if they know it does not work, why do they offer this service and charge the same price for the room?). When we asked for a fan, they told us that they had a few but there were no more, without giving any solution (go buy more fans for their clients, perhaps? And so that they do not get too hot with the 38 degrees we had in the environment?) Of course the experience has been awful and we will not return."
