"The hotel is clean! The rooms have air conditioning. The spa is decent, only because everything in the spa seems to be from around 15-20 years ago as far as decor and comfort. The hotel location is near 2 very loud restaurants!!! Both of the restaurants have loud band and singers! They sing till 11:30 pm at night! You can even hear them on the 3rd floor with the windows closed! Makes it hard to sleep if you’re trying to go to bed before that time! They sing every night and if you dare to complain to the front desk be prepared to get yelled at by one of their managers and to be told that you just have to deal with it! Prior to making my reservation I had called to make sure it was quiet and serene experience, the front desk staff said that since this is a spa it’s very peaceful in the area! The exceptionally loud music from both of the nearby restaurants makes it a not very relaxing experience! Most of the staff is very pleasant and work hard to meet their guests needs except that one manager that yelled at me for asking if they can somehow accommodate me and my family due to the loud music!"

"I don't understand how this can be the best-rated hotel in Pomorie according to tripadvisor, I'm not saying he was bad, but I don't think he deserves four stars. The furniture looked like it wasn't nailed down and the drawers were crooked. The elevator was very slow and sometimes it didn't work normally, so we had to use a card and once I got stuck with the elevator open on the fourth floor"

Staff working very hard, super clean all area. Reception in Spa area very professional, friendly.Spa is brilliant with good treatment facility. Mad treatment, lugotreatment , massage by Niccky, Yury, Bogdana are very good. But no yoga, no stretchy, no music at all as the promised in description.Please update service. Please give advice to Reception staff be more friendly, give more information. Ivan is the Best, he must teach them. But Hotel very boring, no music, no life at all Please improve and update"

There was a great variety at every meal, with fresh, well-prepared options for both adults and kids. The all-inclusive drinks were also a nice touch, especially the cocktails by the pool. What truly made our stay special, though, was the staff. Everyone was welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. A special thanks goes to Aneliya from Guest Relations, who was incredibly kind and helpful. Festa Via Pontica offered the perfect blend of comfort, service, and relaxation — we’ll definitely be back!"

"We were this hotel one night with my husband and child and I have to say it was the worst hotel I have ever been! Hotel staff was very unfriendly and you have to pay extra if you want to use beach infront of the hotel. Furthermore, after we went home we noticed that there was bedbucks in our clothes so the painfulnes of the trip didn't end to the hotel. Don't go this hotel!!!!"
