"The service is terrible, they are rude and rude to you, right in the lobby, the rooms are very dirty, and most likely there is fungus in the rooms, because I had a severe allergy attack, and when I asked to change my room, they began to be rude to me and raise their voice. This hotel cannot be 5 star and be located in Europe!! Rating - 100 For the first time in my life I encountered such an attitude and I am in deep shock"

"This hotel is quite worthwhile near the beach. Parking is very difficult, there is only free parking at more than 100 metres. You can park next to the hotel for eu 7.50 per day. The room is very beautiful and clean, so it could be a great hotel if they had had other staff. At the reception they speak English, nowhere else. This is not the reason for the 2 stars, the reason is that they are terriblely unfriendly. You're like you're happy to sit in their 4 star hotel!"
