"Love love this hotel. The staff were super friendly. Superb location on the pine walk with amazing sea view, especially lovely having breakfast on the terrace. The rooms were traditional, but lovely and clean with a nice balcony. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Reception and Breakfast staff were lovely and helpful. My only comment is that the food and drink is ran by a separate enterprise and cocktails were VERY expensive, it was cheaper to go to the Hotel Illa Dor for sunset and cocktails. Shame as we would have drank there if the prices were more reasonable."

"Absolutely beautiful peaceful hotel with amazing staff. We stayed here just the 2 of us for 3 nights. Just got home. I would like to say thank you so much to the hotel staff for making it so perfect and looking after all the guests in a really special way. This hotel is absolutely perfect if you want pure peace and quiet. Its quite a unique hotel in its own way but absolutely immaculate inside and out. The little touches, the ice cream brought to you at 12 noon and again at 5pm, is such a lovely touch. The breakfast is to die for and the coffee is the best coffee I've ever tasted. Carolina is just beautiful and looks after everyone so well, but equally, the other staff do too. The meals were fantastic in this hotel too. Perfect. This is quite a find and one we will absolutely be returning too when we feel the need to unwind again. Thank you also for the complimentary upgrade to your best room, it was stunning and we couldn't believe our luck. Please don't change anything about this hotel as it is just perfect the way it is. Thank you so much with love from Ian and Suzann x (see you again soon) Carolina, I left you a little envelope with the young man on reception, as I was so upset we missed you when we left xxx"

"The room was a bit small, but it had a balcony. The hotel environment was excellent, and the golf course was beautiful and free to book. They offered valet parking, which was very helpful. If I have the chance, I'd definitely go back."

"I stayed here recently with my husband. It was our second time stay, previously was 14 years ago. It's changed a lot. Air conditioning in the room for starters. That worked well and was needed. Breakfast was immense. So much choice for hot and cold. Even had Cava! The bathroom was a squeeze but very clean and had shower gel and shampoo. Our balcony was on the end and noisy but that's what ear plugs are for. You can't expect to stay near the pine walk and have monastic silence. We'll definitely stay again asap."

Dette hotel er en fredelig voksen-kun oasis, 5 minutter med bil fra Pollenca.Suitterne er enorme og spotløse, Maden er også fremragende - især de fabelagtige morgenmad. Poolområdet, med servitriceservice, er fantastisk med komfortable solsenge og smukke haver med 360-graders udsigt over bjergene.Tak for en stor ferie - vi vil være tilbage!"

"We spent 7 nights in the Puerto Azul and had a lovely holiday. The suites are bright and roomy and very clean. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the evening meal buffet was good with a wide choice and something for everyone. Very family friendly with a lovely atmosphere in the pool and the evening entertainment was good with a mini disco and activities for children.The location is excellent, in a quiet location with a short walk to the beautiful beach front or the bus depot for a day trip. The staff are very friendly and approachable without exception and the drinks were good value. It was a lovely relaxing holiday with no issues and I would recommend for both families and couples, though if I was visiting without children I would avoid the whole of July and August. Highly recommended."

"Our stay at Mon Boutique way surpassed our expectations. From the warm welcome with a glass of cava, to the beautiful room, to the genuine helpfulness of reception and staff, we could not have been happier with our stay! We came to Majorca for my husband's 60th birthday and he wanted to ride 60 miles on the island. Pollenca was going to be our base as I wanted to wander around a town with history.....and shopping! As it was still early in the season, the town was pretty quiet, but on Sunday, the town came alive with the market along the square and down the streets. Our room was spacious and clean. We didn't have much of a view, but we could see the rooms below us had private jacuzzis. The hotel has 18 rooms, lovely seating area on 1st floor and the 2nd floor had the rooftop dipping pool and terrace where I had a lovely time (and nap) sitting in the sun. Lots of privacy. The view was also incredible. You can have breakfast which was wonderful with all sorts of choices, along with eggs and bacon. juices, and milks. The staff is awesome!!! A big shout out to Jordi, Gabriella, Lucinda who were all wonderful. Anything you needed, they were on it! I can't thank them enough for making our stay memorable! Highly recommend this lovely hotel!"

"This hotel is immaculate in every sense of the word. We came as a family of 5 with a toddler and parents and us grandparents. We arrived later evening very tired and hungry and on arrival at reception our cases were taken to the store by staff and we were ushered into the dining room so we could eat before closing. When we got to our room there was water tea coffee and a big picnic bag of food with sandwiches left in case we arrived late and missed the buffet. So very thoughtful. The staff understand your needs and really care about your wellbeing. Children are loved and appreciated here with excellent facilities and trained play staff. The all inclusive food is excellent and we travel regularly all over Europe and are very discerning and health conscious. So no need to worry about quality choice or hygiene. There is even sparkling wine on ice at breakfast! In the evening a chef cooks something on the grill to order such as steaks or smashed burgers along with dozens of other buffet choices already prepared. Lunch is alacarte in a separate area next to the large pool. Service is quick polite efficient. All staff wear smart uniforms and there are plenty of them. The grounds are beautifully maintainec and the blocks are set out over a large area with lots of pools and play areas so a sense of space. Ive never known a hotel so quiet at night once the entertainment finishes at 10pm. So no noise pollution we were aware of. Beds really comfy. We had a junior suite and toddler and their mum & dad had a one bedroom apartment with their cot ready on arrival. They found this arrangement helpful as there was a mini kitchen for preparing bottles etc. Rooms have independent aircon/heating to adjust to suit you. All rooms have a kettle. Spa is beautiful too. Short walk to bus stop and beach and water sports to hire. We have no complaints and would definitely return. An absolute gem. We used PMI transfer from Palma booked and paid online as we wanted reassurance of private transfer with baby seat and plenty of luggage space for 5 of us. (€300 return) A mini van was provided and a very professional service too. Took less than an hour and little one slept thank goodness! Driver was waiting on arriva andl it just made the whole travel experience easier."

"Overall an excellent experience at the Montelin Apartments with friendly and helpful staff. We will certainly return at a future date. Our only gripe was the level of tourist tax since we were charged 4 euros per night each + VAT at 10% i.e. 4.4 euros total. This, according to web sources should only be charged for 5 star hotels in Majorca which the Montelin is not. Could the management comment on this i.e. were we overcharged? In comparison this year we also visited Madeira which has no tourist tax and Chamonix, usually considered an up market and expensive alpine resort where we were only charged 2.3 euros pppn for a 4 star hotel. Of course the charges are not levelled by the hotel but by the local goverment but it does provide an indicator that Majorca is becoming more expensive. We spoke to several regular visitors to Puerto Pollensa during our stay who complained about the significant increase in prices in local restaurants this year. "

"What can i say that hasn’t already been posted? Location is perfect, 20 min stroll along the pine walk to the busier centre. Staff at the hotel all lovely & friendly . Rooms with a balcony are best, small pool area with approx 10 beds but everyone goes to the long beach literally 2 mins from hotel. Beware the pool is 6 feet deep all along so not suitable for kids. Rooms cleaned everyday, bathrooms are small but modern & always hot water. Breakfasts are continental but perfectly adequate. We will be returning, hopefully."

"The experience was quite disappointing. Although the location is good, the hotel is in need of renovation. The room felt outdated, and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There was also a lot of noise both during the night and early in the morning, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The staff were polite, but that wasn't enough to make up for the hotel's shortcomings. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it for the price"

"We had a great stay at Son Sant Jordi. Son Sant Jordi is an authentic, family run hotel in the old city of Pollença. Free parking is available at two locations about 350 meters from the hotel. We stayed in a Junior Suite which is really spacious and has a modern vibe to it. The hotel has a nice, intimate garden with a pool. Breakfast is great with a personal service. Dinner is in the in-house restaurant with a choice between two set menu’s. The only negative comment is the lack of a stable WiFi connection. It is impossible to do some work on your laptop or stream a movie. This could be fixed with a proper repeater. Special thanks for Eduardo and his team who operate the in-house restaurant La Placeta!"

"The hotel was excellent. Located in the main square, my room was towards the back so probably not as noisy as some (to be expected given the location). No air con (although that might be because I couldn't work it!) but not needed with a cool breeze through the balcony door. A nice sun deck on the roof. Breakfast was excellent"
