"Amazing staff, amazing location,.amazing views, from the sixth floor , amazing rooms, great facilities, fantastic saltwater pool with loads of sun lounges overlooking the beautiful clear blue sea on a stunning part of an a fantastic Island. I wasn't sure if it was going to be suitable for solo travellers, but it was one of the best places I have ever stayed and I wouldn't hesitate to go back"

"Our stay at Mon Boutique way surpassed our expectations. From the warm welcome with a glass of cava, to the beautiful room, to the genuine helpfulness of reception and staff, we could not have been happier with our stay! We came to Majorca for my husband's 60th birthday and he wanted to ride 60 miles on the island. Pollenca was going to be our base as I wanted to wander around a town with history.....and shopping! As it was still early in the season, the town was pretty quiet, but on Sunday, the town came alive with the market along the square and down the streets. Our room was spacious and clean. We didn't have much of a view, but we could see the rooms below us had private jacuzzis. The hotel has 18 rooms, lovely seating area on 1st floor and the 2nd floor had the rooftop dipping pool and terrace where I had a lovely time (and nap) sitting in the sun. Lots of privacy. The view was also incredible. You can have breakfast which was wonderful with all sorts of choices, along with eggs and bacon. juices, and milks. The staff is awesome!!! A big shout out to Jordi, Gabriella, Lucinda who were all wonderful. Anything you needed, they were on it! I can't thank them enough for making our stay memorable! Highly recommend this lovely hotel!"

"5 stjerner service på det smukke landhus boutique hotel.Tak til Cecilia, Katty, Grace, Thomas og Miguel - du var alle geniale og gik ovenpå og ud over for alle gæster! Dette hotel er en fredelig voksen-kun oasis, 5 minutter med bil fra Pollenca.Suitterne er enorme og spotløse, Maden er også fremragende - især de fabelagtige morgenmad. Poolområdet, med servitriceservice, er fantastisk med komfortable solsenge og smukke haver med 360-graders udsigt over bjergene.Tak for en stor ferie - vi vil være tilbage!"

The service is top-notch, and a small beach is within walking distance. It's the perfect choice for a vacation, unwinding, or playing tennis. The restaurant's buffet is also very good."

"I started in a standard room. In short, the soundproofing is inadequate, and you can hear everything from the square, whether revelers at 3am, or people waiting for transfers at 5am. The hotel supplied earplugs, but you just cannot have an uninterrupted sleep. Also, as the room does not have a balcony it was simply impossible to dry anything. I then upgraded to a superior room. This room was very nice, with a terrace, and despite the larger windows soundproofing was much better. Both rooms were very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Cleaning staff were very helpful, providing extra coffee, towels etc Breakfast was far too slow. Even with no-one else waiting, I was not given a menu for 10 minutes, and didn't receive my order for nearly half an hour. If you need to be anywhere early (which I did), breakfast is unusable. I would much prefer a self-service buffet."

"Very nice apartments set 1 street back from the pinewalk in a quieter area (just behind the Illa 'dor hotel). the pool is small but adequate for the amount of apartments (20) unfortunatey when we were there the selfish sunbed reservers were sticking their towels out and reserving even though their is a sign saying not to. There is no reception at the pollensamar you have to use the one at the Bahia a 10 minute walk away, this seems a bit odd as the Illa 'dor is just across the road and they are the same company. The beaches ar literally on your doorstep and a nice bar/restaurant with a small spar shop a 2 minute walk away (called the store). We stayed in a superior room which was lovely but the standard apartments looked every bit as comfortable. there was airconditioning in both the living room and bedroom which was a god send. We absolutely loved our holiday and would 100% return, we fancy staying at the Bahia next time as it is slightly closer to all the bars and restaurants."

"Stayed for a week staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming except lady who served breakfast. 2 flights of stairs to climb with suitcases no lift. Room smelt unpleasant of damp or mould. No safe for valuables very flimsy lock on patio door. The air conditioning was very poor and no extractor in the very small bathroom. The breakfast was poor hardy any choice although the staff offer to cook eggs or omelette. As a basic base it eas ok but wouldn't stay there again."

"Overall an excellent experience at the Montelin Apartments with friendly and helpful staff. We will certainly return at a future date. Our only gripe was the level of tourist tax since we were charged 4 euros per night each + VAT at 10% i.e. 4.4 euros total. This, according to web sources should only be charged for 5 star hotels in Majorca which the Montelin is not. Could the management comment on this i.e. were we overcharged? In comparison this year we also visited Madeira which has no tourist tax and Chamonix, usually considered an up market and expensive alpine resort where we were only charged 2.3 euros pppn for a 4 star hotel. Of course the charges are not levelled by the hotel but by the local goverment but it does provide an indicator that Majorca is becoming more expensive. We spoke to several regular visitors to Puerto Pollensa during our stay who complained about the significant increase in prices in local restaurants this year. "

"Mixed feelings about this hotel - the pool area was nice and our child thoroughly enjoyed it. The location of the hotel was also great with only a few minutes walk to the bay. Unfortunately our room was rather dirty and on the third day we got food poisoning, probably from dinner. We would not go here again."

"We had a good short break & we would stay again. Positives: Friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean, varied choice of food. Niggles: The only heated pool is the adults only pool in the spa. We stayed at Easter so there were lots of children who would have swam if the water wasn’t so cold. Very few TV channels in English. Negatives: The bedside lamps."

"Perfectly located with wonderful staff and facilitates, a two min walk from the beach which we loved. Idda gave us a warm bright welcome with cava and cookies which was a lovely touch after a very early start. Rooms are spacious and spotless but soundproofing isnt great, we heard our upstairs neighbours using the shower and bathroom. Aircon in gym could be cooler. Sunbed reservation is an issue but helpful lifeguard assisted us. Vast majority of guests are older but pleasant and quiet. Food is of a good standard and wine is lovely too. Couldnt recommend enough for a lovely relaxing break."

It is very well situated in the lovely town of Pollenca, close to the main square and many good restaurants. The breakfast is very good, with quality homemade products. The two gentlemen who manage this property are so kind and helpful and also a lovely lady staff member. Thoroughly recommend."

"Beautiful small hotel, full of character in an excellent location in Pollensa old town. Our group of 4 friends had 2 beautiful twin rooms which were large with great facilities. Rooms were quiet yet on a lovely plaza at the bottom of the Calvari steps. The owner and his wife were very helpful and friendly. Lots of bars and restaurants close by and handy for bus and taxi to Puerto Pollensa, Alcudia and other areas. We would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to return if we were in the area again. Many thanks to the lovely friendly staff who made us feel so welcome."

"We had a great stay at Son Sant Jordi. Son Sant Jordi is an authentic, family run hotel in the old city of Pollença. Free parking is available at two locations about 350 meters from the hotel. We stayed in a Junior Suite which is really spacious and has a modern vibe to it. The hotel has a nice, intimate garden with a pool. Breakfast is great with a personal service. Dinner is in the in-house restaurant with a choice between two set menu’s. The only negative comment is the lack of a stable WiFi connection. It is impossible to do some work on your laptop or stream a movie. This could be fixed with a proper repeater. Special thanks for Eduardo and his team who operate the in-house restaurant La Placeta!"
