"I made a small mistake in booking. I contacted them within 30 seconds of having made the mistake which was simply to change my dates for the correct dates. Correcting the mistake was well within their ability as per the rules of the booking site. Rather, they just decided to keep my money. While legally they were in their rights to do so, it was an absolutely inhuman, greedy decision. I would not stay with such greedy people ever again and recommend everybody not to either. To top this off, they completly lied to me claiming that it was outside of their ability to change this despite both of us seeing, in black and white, in plain english, that they could literally do it in one click. Greed and evil. "

Poolen er smuk med bjergudsigter.Cala San Vicente har to søde strande, et par barer og restauranter, men jeg vender tilbage til hotellet, dets personale, og hvor meget jeg nyder at besøge hver gang.Tak til Hotel Cala San Vicente, du aldrig undlader at imponere."

"We are still here on week 2, and we have already rebooked the same time next year to come back. Easy parking at this time of year in the street. Might be noisy in school holidays, and we had an odd bunch of noisy lads who were obviously lost and thought they were in Maga but seemed to only stay one night. Other than that, accommodation is very clean, comfy beds. Only one street back from Pinewalk if you're after being close to the beach. 10 min walk to town centre as well along the pinewalk. Failing that 2 mins away is The Store bar and food."

"We stayed here for 10 nights from 6th September with our 2.5 year old, self-catering. It ticked all the boxes for us. A small hotel with excellent facilities for children at it’s sister hotel across the road, which also felt quite small, in a good way! Location was excellent, close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants of Puerto Pollensa. We found it to be very quiet which was again perfect for us. There was entertainment four nights a week at the sister hotel but either it had finished when we returned to the hotel or it was so quiet we didn’t hear it. We caught the end of one act in the bar one evening and it was very good. Our daughter loved the trampoline, the soft play and the mini disco. Big thanks to Alex who worked so hard trying to cajole a small group of 2/3 year olds while we were there. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful, from reception to the cleaning team. One evening we ate at the sister hotel for bbq night and thought it was good value for money - €26 each but free for our daughter plus a free bottle of wine for booking before 6pm! We will definitely return here. Everything was so easy it meant we could relax and enjoy time as a family."

"My daughter is presently at the hotel with her 2 children, arriving in 36 degree heat with no Air Conditioning in the room, she went to reception telling them and they said nothing they can do as hotel full after 6 nights of a baking hot room they moved her to another room, but no sea view which she paid for in her Price! but She was happy to be in cool room. My daughter and her kids covered in heat rash and distressed on a holiday she PAID over £4000 for 10 days. Sorry management this is Unacceptable and complete lack of Empathy to your customers, surly checking your rooms before you put families in there to sleep would be a good idea, my daughter was not happy with the staff at reception who didn't do very much to help no fans or water offered to them while they baked in the room, if the hotel thinks this is acceptable in the peak season then your very delusional! I might add this is my daughters second visit with her kids as they enjoyed it so much 2 years ago, unfortunately your customer service and hotel has been uneventful this time around.. You must know that Air Conditioning is not working in rooms so why put a family in that room! ? It's Not Acceptable and you should be ashamed to make someone wait 6 nights before you offer to move them and Help them. Peak high Season a cool room is important !"

"A lovely holiday but a little rough around the edges. There was a big group of us - adults and children. The pools were great for all ages! However, there were lots of broken pool toys and discarded swimming clothes around the pool, especially under the bridge. The bridge needed some repairs and the glass barriers were very dirty. Food was great but nearly every time I picked up a plate it was dirty - sometimes on top and underneath. Most of the staff were lovely but one or two were a little rude and not very accommodating which felt a real shame. There was a QR code to scan for hotel info but I couldn't find a bar menu anywhere and what time the pools were open and closed. The bar area had several grabber machines which was frustrating as the children were begging for money constantly in the evenings. The spa was lovely and a real treat - I booked a massage and Diego was brilliant! The room was lovely but wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the bed in the living room was great for the kids but it squeaked so badly it kept waking my daughter up. In all it was a great holiday but needs a few improvements."

"I usually do not write Reviews, but clearly we do not agree with the Hotel Ranking; and my wife and I have been very disappointed. We travel a lot worldwide at 4/5 stars (Platinum at IHG, & Gold with Marriott). We went for Bike riding in the Pollensa area. This Hotel has several problems: 1) No Hotel staff after 3pm. 2) A/C didn't properly. We reported, nothing was done (we could not sleep due to the heat). 3) No Ice. We requested, but since the staff leaves, and there is no Freezer, not possible. 4) Hard Pillows. Wrote email for soft Pillows. Answer: there were. Result: not true. Terrible. 5) To top it off: The Owner / Manager no consideration for it's Guests, and terrible mood. When asked (after staying 5 days) for half an hour extra to check out, he was very Aggressive, repeating 11am we had to leave, not a minute more ! 6) Additionally: Terrible Value for the price paid We would not recommend; there are much better alternatives in Pollensa, with much better value and customer care."

"We were lucky to book 4 nights at our favorite hotel in Port Pollenca, and for the first time we had a junior suite. We were really happy about the room. Plenty of space, good closets for all our close and belongings. The bathroom was good size and the shower was really good. Our balcony had Sun loungers which was really nice, and also table and two chairs. As always the staff was really nice and welcoming, we feel like coming Home when we arrive there. Big thank you for that. Breakfast also good as it normally is. We Will return as soon as possible."
